43.
"Sorry. I'm back." Zaidan mumbles as he walks in with a suit on.
I raise my eyebrow at him. The striking resemblance is crazy.
His black suite, and skinny dark tie reminds me of Zayn.
"You look good." I compliment without even realising and he smiles.
"Thanks princess." Zaidan winks.
"Princess?" Blake chuckles.
"Folks are holding a family dinner. Sadly you guys aren't invited." Zaidan sighs.
"We've already had dinner anyway." Blake says as I hand Zaidan the dice.
"It's your turn." I comment.
Zaidan rolls the dice and sits down beside me as he moves three times to land on his own property.
"Your turn princess." He winks before poking another marshmallow and toasting it in the open fire.
"It's my turn." Blake says before grabbing it and tossing the dice.
Zaidan blows the flame out and cools the marshmallow down as I grab the stick and eat the marshmallow myself.
He sighs annoyed and continues to toast his own marshmallow again as I smile.
"Fuck." Blake scowls as he lands on the railway station. "That's twenty five right?"
I shake my head. "One hundred."
"What?" Blake gapes. "No!"
"You owe me one hundred because you landed on the railway station. I own all of them!" I say sternly as Blake shakes his head.
"Nah! I don't even have fifty." Blake groans.
"Then give her your electricity company." Zaidan says as he blows the flame out from the marshmallow.
"Just give me twenty five plus the park lane." I smirk.
Blake sighs annoyed and hands it to me.
I smile brightly as I place it next to my other blue card.
"I might as well throw in the towel now, I'm losing anyway." Blake says as Zaidan nods.
"Yeah, you've basically got all our properties. You win, princess." Zaidan says as he takes a bite from his toasted marshmallow. "I never liked monopoly, it caused more fights in my little makeshift family."
"Yeah well, you always cheat so it's nice to play with someone who can actually play." Blake says as I start to pack it away.
"Zaidan!" Hafid, dressed just as exquisite as Zaidan, walks in annoyed and Zaidan scurries to his feet as he kicks the game board under the couch.
"Yes?" Zaidan approaches his father.
Hafid fixes his collar and his blazer by pulling the sleeves down and correcting his hair. "In the ballroom. Our guests are arriving soon. Did you shower?!"
Zaidan shrugs.
"You smell like cigarettes."
Zaidan chuckles. "Sorry, I had a fag when I got out of the shower."
I roll my eyes as Hafid shakes his head. "Mask it with cologne or something."
Zaidan looks back at us. "See you guys later." He sighs annoyed before following after Hafid.
Blake and I exchange gazes and at the same time, we chuckle awkwardly as we pack away the monopoly game properly.
"Do you think you'll find your own house?" I question Blake. "I mean, Hafid seems nice enough to let you go if he's letting me go."
