Being in love was an entirely different ordeal than anyone could imagine. See falling in love can be scary, blinding, weird, and different, but once you fall you continue to do it and soon it just seems natural and with the right person it could be easy. It is easy for people to think that the first time you fall in love will be your last, but then different things happen, and new experiences change your point of view. When you have kids your entire view on love changes, see now you have this human who you made and created and everything seems indifferent about them and you, and you start to realize, you have all this love and emotion for a smaller version of yourself and then the way you see your life and your body change too.

For Luna, she was falling in love with not just her dating life, but herself and that was taking all the time and energy she had. Working on yourself after things that someone like Luna had been through was an understatement, she was blossoming, into a flower that she couldn't believe was a thing.  Never in a million years did she think she would be here, figuring out her shit, loving her life not afraid of what tomorrow might bring. Which in her case could literally be about anything.

Eddie Diaz was finding this idea of being in love to be one of the best feelings he could ever feel in his entire life. Sure he did go through emotional turmoil to get this far but he loved every minute of it because it led him back to her and he loved her. Probably more than he should but he did and fuck was it amazing? He was so in love that nothing else compared, it made life seem like no matter how much shit it threw his direction he was prepared for it for anything and maybe now he could allow himself to open up a tiny bit more, sure he opened up to Luna. He was working on opening up to everyone else slowly. He obviously opened up to the important people, Luna, and Buck, but they were his lifeline, they were the only things keeping him afloat these days besides, Christopher, and the thought of losing those people well it might make him go crazy.

He might put the bullet to his head, or take a bat to everything he owned. Or jump off a bridge, the possibilities were endless just like the love he had for that woman, he loved her and he wanted to shout it to the rooftops and sing about it like those Disney characters. For now, he would just sit here and work on Math. Yes, that's right Math.

The one thing which Luna Jennings didn't quite know how to do very well. Which said a lot for her giant brain and even bigger IQ.

"You're almost there. You're so close." Luna coaches

"Damn it." Eddie chuckles. "Fourth-grade math was so much easier when I was..."

"In the fourth grade?" Luna replies massaging Eddie's shoulders.

"Mm-hmm. Why'd they changed it? I mean, isn't that the whole point of math? That it doesn't change?"

Luna shrugs, "It didn't, they just changed the way they teach it." she makes two fists. "Two plus two " she slaps the fist together turning them "still equals four." into four fingers on one hand, causing Eddie to chuckle.
