AN: I AM SO SORRY! Wow, two and 1/2 months since I last updated...i have two accounts now so it's hard to keep up with both, again I'm so sorry but here's the next chapter, as always promised! ❤️

As I sit on my bed staring at the blank wall in front of me I had to take it all in, a new mom, new brothers, a new life.
I mean, there is no way we'd be staying in the same small apartment with 3 new members to the family, we would have to move. We would get a way, way bigger house, but moving meant not being in the same apartment complex as Percy. I mean I see him at school everyday but it would just be different not going to stay at his house and watch tv on weekends by just walking up a flight of stairs.

My thoughts on contemplating whether moving would really be that great where interrupted by someone softly knocking on the door.
It was the younger of my two soon to be step brothers, Marcus.

"Anniebeth?" He asks peeking his small 4 year old head into the door.
I laugh at the nickname he gave me and stand up to open the door for him.
I crouch down so I am at his eye level.
"Yes Marcus?" I ask smiling at his cute little hazel eyes.
"Can I ask you question," he asks in a small, soft toddler voice.
"Of course," I say picking him up and placing him in my lap as I sit onto my bed.
"Why do you love him?" He asks curiously.
Confused by his question I reply asking him what he means.
"That nice boy, the one who treats you like a princess," he asks.
Percy, he meant Percy.
I smile looking down into his small eyes.

"When someone very special comes into your life, you just can't leave them. I don't know why it's picked that way for certain people but it's always that person for a reason. I love Percy because of the amazing person he is," I answer him hoping he can wrap his brain around that.

"Oh, so when two people look into their eyes and they have a special spark they know they love them?" He asks.
Shocked by his response for such a young kid I just reply with, "you know, you're a pretty smart 4 year old."
I kiss his head and he walks out of the room, but before he leaves he says something that makes my heart melt.

"Anniebeth, I wouldn't want anyone else to be my big sister. I love you because you're a special person and I know you're my sister for a reason like you just told me," after that he simply walks out as if he didn't just explain what most sibling relationships should be. He was a pretty smart 4 year old.
