Had Me At Hello

Chapter 15

(Guys I'm really sorry I haven't updated in a month I've just been so busy with homework and dance and stuff I apologize 😁)

After seeing piper today my mood was instantly turned around. It took my mind off of...certain things...and helped me clear my head.

After I take off my coat as I get inside I check my phone and see that I have a missed call from percy.

I immediately dial his number and call him back. He picks up almost as soon as it starts ringing.

"ANNABETH GUESS WHAT!" He yells into the phone.
"What is it?!" I say scared yet confused.
"I'm out of the hospital and they say I can see people now!" He says, I can only imagine the huge silly grin on his face.
"I'll be right over," I say hanging up with the biggest smile.

"Annabeth, how was your day with piper?" My dad says stepping out of his room.
"It was good, but in running over up to Percy's apartment because they say he can see other people now so I'll be back in a couple hours," I say opening the door.

I quickly close the door behind me and run up two flights of stairs till I'm standing at Percy's apartment.
I softly knock on the door and let myself in, Sally had told me at the hospital a couple days ago that I could let myself in whenever I wanted.

I see percy laying on his couch with a blue blanket and fuzzy socks on.
I smile and walk over to him.
"Oh my god I missed you!" He says moving over so I have room to sit.
"Missed you too," I reply kissing his cheek.
"You still don't remember anything do you..." I say looking down.
"Well, no but at least I can watch movies without knowing what happens," he says laughing.

I curl up under his arm and we watch "home alone" together until I fall asleep in his arms.
Several hours later I am awoken by the noise of percy snoring. I smile and run my fingers through his hair.

He wakes up and smiles at me, "hey wise girl."
"You drool when you sleep," is all I say back as I kiss his cheek and lay on his chest having the biggest smile on my face.
