Chapter 11

Percy and me sprinted to school threw Central Park surrounded by the pouring rain.

"Percy come on! School starts in 10 minutes! We're like 15 minutes away!" I say laughing.

Percy picks up his pace and comes beside me.

"I think we'll be okay if we're 5 minutes late wise girl," he says kissing my nose.

I stop and pull on his arm gesturing for him to stop.

"I love you," I say pulling him in for a kiss.

He kisses me back.

"We have to go," I say in between kisses.

"I don't want to," Percy replies.

I pull away and continue running until Percy catches up to me.

We finally get to school and run into the building.

Percy gives me a quick side hug before heading to class.

"Bye seaweed brain," I say running to class.

I try to enter the class as quietly as possible, but it doesn't work. It sounds like someone just opened a door leading to a train wreck.

"Miss chase, of all people I didn't expect you to be late to class," my teacher says.

"Sorry mr Howard," I say lowering my head and walking to my desk.

"What happened, you're never late!" Rachel whispers as I sit beside her.

"We got lost in Central Park," I say sitting down.

"Who is 'we'?"

"Oh, my and Percy."

Rachel just smirks and looks toward the front of the class.

After class piper, Rachel and I all meet up and my locker.

"Tell me everything that happened with you and Percy," piper says jumping over to us.

"Well we really just sat in Central Park and lost track of time," I say blushing.

"Was there any you know," piper says while making kissing noises.

"Maybe," I say putting my books in my locker.

Piper looks like she's gonna pass out.

Hazel runs up to us out of breath.

"It's Percy, he's hurt."

"What?!" I almost yell.

"Follow me," hazel says running toward the gym.

We all sprint after her until we get to the indoor pool.

Jason runs up to us.

"He hit his head on the platform when he was diving in to the pool."

I run over to where there are several people with a stretcher.

"Percy!" I say running up to him on the stretcher.

His head has a giant cut in it and is gushing out blood.

"Annabeth," he says holding my head with one of his hands.

Everyone else runs over to see what happened.

"Percy are you okay?" Rachel says standing above him.

Percy nods but says something that shocks us all, "just one question, who are you guys?"

AN: this chapter was meant to represent Percy in the son of Neptune and how he only remembered Annabeth when his memory was taken.
