TW: Same as last two chapters

" He didn't stop until I put my phone away. W-When I did he said good boy and started to touch my upper and inner thigh. I didn't know what to do and I was scared. I was disgusted. I wanted it to stop " he says.

" What about when the police officers arrived " the prosecutor asked. " I heard my teacher say, he's over there before I was grabbed and forcefully dragged towards the back corner of the classroom. I-I only realized what happened when I looked up and saw the police. My whole body started to shake in that moment and Aek had such a painful grip on me ".

" He yelled at me for telling them what happened. H-He was so angry. The officers told him that he didn't have to do that, telling him to let go of me. He didn't agree. W-When one of the officers pointed a taser towards him, he used me as a shield. A-And then I did something stupid. I-I told him to let me go and I tried to get away. I wasn't strong enough to ".

" T-That's when " he stutters before unconsciously reaching up and grabbing his neck, wincing in pain as he does so. He chooses to ignore the pain as he continues to talk. " H-He wrapped his arms around my throat and started to " he pauses again as he quickly lets go of his neck.

He pulls on the bandage that's wrapped around his throat. It suddenly feels like it's constricting his throat. He wants it off. It's starting to make him panic. " Nat " the prosecutor calls his name. He stops and hesitantly looks up at her. " S-Sorry I just. I just ".

" You can take the bandage off. I was only concerned because you started to panic and grab at your throat " she says gently. He bites his lip as he slowly takes the bandage off, revealing the black and blue bruises that wrap around his throat. " Continue when you are ready " the prosecutor says.

He looks down at the bandage in his hands as he forces himself to take a deep breath. " H-He started to strangle me. I couldn't breathe. He was holding on so tight that his nails dug into my skin and made me bleed. I became weak and nauseous. I remember looking up at the officers and just silently screaming for them to help me as I started gasping for air " he says before rubbing his forehead.

" I don't know how but at some point an officer got Aek to let go of my throat. I stumbled forward before I collapsed the floor coughing as my body tried to breathe in as much oxygen as it could. It was painful to breathe and I could barley move as I just tried to get my breathing back to normal ".

" Jury, I'd like to direct your attention towards another video " the prosecutor says before he hears his teachers voice. He quickly looks up towards the projector and sees that there is video footage from Monday. The female officer had a body camera on.

The video shows everything he said about what happened when the officers came into the room. He expects it to end once he was let go but it doesn't. It continues to play and shows him as the female officer picked him up and rushes off towards the nurses office.

You can see him struggling to breath as he's rushed into the nurses office. As soon as he's on the bed he hears himself quietly call out Max's name as he starts to cough. You can see him struggle as he pulls out his phone and opens his contact. The video ends when the police grabs his phone.

" What you just watched was video evidence that Aek Woovern tried to murder Nat Nattasit. That what Nat claims had happened, is true " the prosecutor says before turning back towards him. " What did you do the next day after this crime took place " she asks him.

" That same night, I struggled and broke down because I just wanted my father to comfort me and meet my friends and P'Max. H-He passed about a year ago. M-My mother said I should go visit his grave. So with everyone, I went back to his grave for the first time. I-I also admitted what Aek did to me for the first at my dads grave " he says quietly.

" On Wednesday, you had another incident with two other students. Were they the ones you were mentioning. Who bully you and beat you up with Aek " she asks him. " Yes they are " he says quietly. " Talk us through what happened " she says.

He still has a hard time talking about what happened. This is going to be extremely difficult for him. " In my art class. We were told to draw a landscape. I had a whole idea on what to draw. I focused on drawing it. At some point my teacher asked me if I wanted to talk to him about my drawing. I-I was confused. I just drew a landscape. Why was he concerned. Until I turned and looked at my drawing " he says quietly.

" Jury, on the projector is the drawing he had made. He had drawn what he thought was a landscape. When I'm reality it was a drawing of Aek strangling him. This gives you an example of how much he's struggles because of the crimes that took place " the prosecutor says before turning back to him. " Please continue Nat " she says.

" I started to panic. I became scared and confused. All the students in the classroom were staring at me. My art teacher let me leave to calm myself down. So I ran to the nearest bathroom. I forgot my phone so I was left to calm myself down ".

" While I was in the process of doing it, Kit and Copter came into the bathroom. They made fun of me for panicking. I started to become frustrated and asked them why if all days must they torture me today. And asked them not to mess with me. Kit responded by grabbing onto my sweater and slapping me as he said that I don't get to decide what he does ".

" I was furious and said I know that. That I had to go through everything Aek had put me through. And I asked isn't that enough. They said so the rumors are true, that the police took Aek away. Kit asked me what happened ".
