" I don't know where it came from but I just had all this pent up anger that I used as I talked with them. When Kit asked me what Aek did, I shouted , You want to know what your fucking friend did. Kit got mad and said, didn't I just fucking say that f**. So I told them about the party and the mall. Copter got mad and said that I was lying that Aek would never do that ".

            " I shouted, whether you believe it or not, Aek fucking sexually harassed me at the mall. Kit had let go of my sweater and asked what happened Monday. I started to explain what happened. When I was finished, they were both in shock as I showed them my neck. I said your friend forces himself onto people and even strangles them ".

            " They both looked so shocked but I just found it ridiculous that they did. They tortured me nearly every single day and beat me up. So I told them I thought that. Copter asked what's so fucking ridiculous about that. I laughed in disbelief. I was so fucking angry. I asked if he ever looked into a mirror ".

            " Copter grabbed my sweater tightly and said I better watch my fucking mouth. I respond by saying Or what, you'll beat me like you always do. I also said that they might not have hurt me as much as Aek did but they are still in the same category of shitty human beings. I pissed them off, Copter shoved me against the wall ".

" M-My anger immediately disappeared when he shoved me against the wall. I became anxious because every time that happens, something bad happens. I was thoughts were correct about the situation. Kit had come up to me and he " he pauses as he can feel himself wanting to cry.

" He tried to touch my neck. I slapped his hand away and said don't touch my neck. H-He instructed Copter to hold me still. Copter grabbed my hands and pushes me harshly against the wall. I started to panic and cry. The only people I will slow touch my neck are P'Max, P'Zee, P'Poppy and NuNew. Only they can. Kit can't. Especially since he's friends with Aek " he says before pausing.

Tears start to stream down his face as he continues. " But Kit still touched my neck. It hurt and I screamed for them to stop. I screamed as loud as I could until Copter covered my mouth. I tried to get free and Kit just pushed down on my neck, hard. He kept touching and turning my neck and head ".

" I-It was so similar to the mall. Someone was touching me somewhere I did not want to be touched while my mouth was covered, preventing me from screaming for help. I was terrified and started hyperventilating. I did the one thing I could think of. I used all my strength to kick Copter ".

" I got him far enough away from me. I immediately ran towards the exit of the bathroom. I made it halfway before I was pulled back. I fell down and screamed as Kit started dragging my body back to the other side of the bathroom. He got halfway before the principal came in and stopped them " he says before stopping.

" Nat had to go through something so similar to what happened to him in the mall. Only giving him more trauma then he already has " the prosecutor says, facing towards the jury. " Not only can you tell from other incidents, how Aek has effected him. You could also see it in person as he was testifying. 99% of the time he was talking, he had his eyes lowered and was afraid to make any eye contact with people. You also saw him panic and pull at the bandage that was previously wrapped around his throat as he talked about Aek strangling him ".

The prosecutor turns back to him. " You're done testifying " she says. He nods his head before standing up and quickly making his way back to the others. As soon as he sits down, Max wraps his arms around him, giving him comfort.

" Now that you have heard what happened from Nat, I'd like to show you some disturbing evidence we have found at Aek Woovern's house. I want to start off by saying that every time Aek was questioned on whether or not he had intentions to kill Nat, he always denied them " The prosecutor says, making him nervous. What sort of evidence do they have.

            " If you turn to look towards the projector, you swill see Aek's search history after the mall and up until the incident on Monday ". Turning to see the search history, he becomes disgusted and horrified.

            The search history shows exactly what Aek had been thinking about and it terrifies him. Aek really was planning to kill him. He thought that it was just spur of the moment decision Aek made. He didn't expect that it was planned.

            Max tightens his hold on him. He responds by leaning in closer to Max, wanting more comfort. He doesn't know how to process this. " The next piece of evidence I'd like to share with you is a locked box we found in his room " the prosecutor says before pictures of a locked box appears on the projector.

            " Inside of the lockbox we found a journal he had kept. Which contained all of the horrific things he had thought about. Including some horrific entries about Nat " the prosecutor says before the prosecutor switched to a new photo.

            Before he can get a good look at what it was, Max forces him to turn away from the projector. " The journal entry I want to read to you all today is this one. That contains a few private photos of Nat that we decided to blur. So he'll feel more comfortable " says the prosecutor.

            He immediately gets Max to let go before he turns to look at the projector. What he sees, causes him to freeze. There are photos of him changing in the boys locker room during fitness class. Even though the photos are blurred, anyone would be able to easily tell what the photos are.

" In the journal entry. Aek Woovern writes, He is clueless about these photos I have of him. I plan to post copies of them all over the school of Wednesday. I'd love to see his reaction. If I loved seeing him filled with terror at the mall. Then I definitely will love seeing him find these photos all over the school. This is my last plan before I take him and kill him. So that no one will find out what I've done to him. I'd loose my last chance at becoming a professional football player. That can't happen ".
