TW: Same as last chapter

            " Me and P'Max played most of the games at the arcade and made stupid bets. I was having so much fun. W-When we went to get food, I wanted to wash my hands. So I asked P'Max to order me some food " he says before pausing. He looks up towards the prosecutor.

            " I walked down the hallway towards the bathroom. I was almost there when someone came up from behind me. T-They covered my mouth and started to drag me back towards the emergency exit doors. I didn't know who it was but I knew I was in danger. S-So I fought hard. Which only made them mad ".

            " I was harshly thrown at the wall and hit my head really hard before they covered my mouth again. W-When I looked up I saw that it was Aek. I became filled with terror. H-He told me to follow him. I said no, I knew that would be bad if I did. So I kept struggling until he punched me in my stomach ".

" It hurt so bad. I knew what he was going to do when he said fine, you don't want to come with me. Then we can do it right here. That's also when. W-When " he stutters. " Take your time " the prosecutor said.

He looks towards Max and makes eye contact with him. Max gently smiles at him, encouraging him to continue. So he forces himself to take a deep breath before looking back down. " When he started to kiss my neck. I-It felt so disgusting and I wanted it to stop. So I did the only thing I could think of ".

" I-I kicked him as hard as I could. It did nothing but make him more angry. He slapped me and said not to try that shit again. Then he started to kiss me on the lips. I just " he says, pausing as he rubs his forehead.

" Ai just kept thinking about how I wanted it to stop. T-That I just wanted P'Max to come and save me. I wanted to be with P'Max. I wanted it to end " he says, starting to cry once again. " I thought it couldn't get worse, but I was wrong " he says as he unconsciously wraps his arms around himself.

" H-He started touching me. I tried to get him to stop but I wasn't strong enough. Then he slid his hand under my shirt and started to touch my chest and stomach. I froze in fear. He started touching me in places I didn't want anyone to touch me in ".

" When he started to drag his hand down towards my pants, my body went into autopilot and I fought so hard to prevent what he was going to do. H-He had his thumb in my pants when a man shouted at him, asking what he's was doing to me " he says before he stops talking.

" What happened after that " she asks him. " H-He stopped kissing me and threatened me not to tell anyone what had happened or that it was him. He said that if I did, he would do worse to me before handing me over to Kit, the main person who bullies and beats me ".

He hears Aek laugh, causing him to freeze. " Quiet in the courtroom when someone is testifying " the judge harshly says to him. " Please continue Nat " the prosecutor says. He forces himself to take a deep breath. " H-He asked me if I understood. I nodded my head before he slammed me into the wall and ran off. When he was gone, my legs gave in and I fell to the floor ".

" My whole body was shaking and I just wanted Max to come get me. A-At some point the man came over to me and touched me, asking if I was ok. I was still terrified and moved away from him. I didn't want anyone to touch me. The only person I would allow to touch me would be P'Max ".

" I didn't know what to do but I heard a familiar voice call out my name. W-When I looked up I saw that it was P'Poppy, my friend. He tried to come over to me but I shouted at him to stop. It's then that the security officer came and asked what was going on ".

" The man had told him what he saw and I remember just becoming more terrified. They were finding out. A-Aek was going to come do worse to me and then give me to kit. I was scared. The security officer said to come to the office. I didn't want to move, I couldn't get myself to. I was shaking to much ".

" I had said that I wanted P'Max. So P'Poppy told me to stay still while he ran off to try and find him. Maybe a minute or two later I hear Max shout my name before I looked up. When I saw him, I forced myself to walk over to him. H-He pulled me into a hug and I remember that I " he pauses, wiping away the tears streaming down his face.

" I just broke down as he held me. I started to realize everything that I just went through. I didn't want to believe it and I was scared Aek was going to come back and get me again " he says before he stops talking. " Jury, I'd like for you all to turn towards the projector and watch the security footage " the prosecutor says before pressing play on the video.

The video starts by him and Aek appearing in frame. It doesn't stop until it shows him and Max walking out of frame as they walk towards the security office. Once it's done playing he looks back down. " What you just watched was video proof that Aek Woovern sexually harassed Nat Nattasit " the prosecutor says before turning back towards him.

" The security officer claimed that you originally didn't want to say what happened, is that true " she asks. " Yes " he replies quietly. " Why is that Nat " she questions him. " Because of the threat. I was terrified to. I couldn't get myself to tell them. Not when Aek had threatened to do what he said he would do " he says before looking up.

" Even when I did tell them eventually, I only did it after P'Max said he needs to know in order to protect me. I had trust he could protect me, he had proven to me that he would " he says. " You seem to always resort to wanting Max or to trusting only Max, why is that " she asks him.

" Well, he's my boyfriend but besides that. I feel safe and comfortable with him. I have since we started talking to each other. H-He's my safe place but as a person " he says quietly. " Can you tell us about Monday and what happened in your art class " she then questions him.

" P'Max and P'Poppy walked me to that class. It's the only class that I don't have someone in our friend group with me. T-They asked me if I would be ok. I-I said yes because no one bothers me in that class. It's usually a calming class for me " he says as he starts nervously fidgeting with his hands.

" I grabbed my supplies before going to my normal spot. As I was setting up, my teacher. H-He said that we had someone transfer into my class from one of his other classes because it was to full. H-He told everyone to meet Aek. And I just knew. I knew it was going to be him. So I started looking around the room but I couldn't find him until " he pauses as he thinks back.

            His breaths quicken as he remembers the fear he felt. " U-Until I turned and looked next to me. I-It was like he just appeared out of no where. I-I don't know how long he had been sitting there or when he entered the classroom. I became filled with terror. Everything around me just disappeared as I turned to look back at my sheet of paper ".

             He closes his eyes and forces himself to take another deep breath. He doesn't want to panic while he's testifying. " H-He asked me if he was surprised because he was. He said it was wonderful that we shared a class together now. T-Then he started to massage my thigh. I was to scared to get help from people in the room. If I did then he would know I told people ".

            " B-But I grabbed my phone and went to go text P'Max. A-Aek noticed before I was able to open the chat. He said that he hopes I'm not telling someone he's with me before he gripped my thigh really hard and said we wouldn't want me to get hurt. I had to bite my lip hard to stop myself from crying out in pain ".
