"Yo where you goin'?" Someone yelled from behind me
When I turned around I came face to chest with someone who I couldn't see, they didn't really run into me more so just wrapped their arms around me and hugged me. However from the hug I could tell that it was Darrien or as everyone famously knew him as Ddot. "Darrien I know you saw I got my hair done" I said muffled through my face being stuck in his chest
I could tell he was laughing because of the vibration coming from his body, and when he pulled back and looked down at me he smiled. "This is what you call gettin' ya hair done? You should fire whoever did this" He said
Pushing him off of me, I smacked him in the chest, "You're rude y'know that" I told him glaring at him
He smiled but dropped it, "Yo what I told you bout callin' me Darrien when we're out here" He said
I rolled my eyes, "Boy bye I'll call you what I want when I want to" I told him as I continued walking. He jogged to meet up and continue walking with me, "Where you goin' now?" He asked
"Home Dar-I mean Ddot" I said mockingly as I looked over to him
He chuckled, "Why don't you come hang out with us for a little while?I promise I'll protect you from the guys" He said coming in front of me and making me stop walking
I looked at him for a moment thinking about it, did I really wanna give up my peace at home with no one there to hangout with this boy and his loud ass friends but I lowkey wouldn't mind because that means I'd still be hanging out with Darrien.
I shrugged, "Alright I guess" I said in disinterest, but we all know I was highkey excited
Smiling down at me he extended his hand out, and I looked from it up to his face. "What?" I asked confused
"Bro gimmie ya backpack" He said
"Right"
Handing him my backpack, he shook his head placing it over his shoulder as we walked back towards where the guys were laughing by the staircase. When we got closer they smiled over at us, and Darrien only smacked his lips. "Don't start" He said leaning against the railing
I looked from him to DD who only held a smile on his face, "Y/N we've missed you My heart" He said giving me a hug
I chuckled, "I've missed you too DD"
"How you even have time to think about me when we know Ddot's on ya mind 24/7" He teased
I shook my head, "Actually I've been studying, y'know going to school hence the backpack" I told him pointing towards it
He nodded his head, "Yeahhh, right-wait I know that backpack" Dudey said standing up and walking towards Darrien
"Yo my heart respectfully shut up" He said looking at Dudey
