Maiya thought for a moment before nodding her head, "Y'know what you right" She said getting up from the bed, "Let me do a lil' peaky peak and I'll let you know who it is"
I chuckled nodding my head and sitting up on her bed, she stepped out of the room and it felt like the moment she walked out to go and peak the second after she came back mouth opened in shock.
"Niggah what?" I asked
She pointed behind her, "It's Sha" She said
I laughed, "Bro stop playing"
Maiya shook her head, "Now Y/N why would I joke with you like that?" She asked
Rushing up from the bed, I went to the door and she followed behind me as we quietly went to the stairs and stood enough for us to see the person standing at the door but not enough for them to see us.
And just like she said there he was standing there with his dreads covering his face, and his hands stuffed in his pockets a blank look on his face. "What's he doing here?" She whispered
I shrugged, "Hell if I know"
"Well you should he was your man" Maiya said
I turned my head towards her mugging her, "Niggah emphasis on the WAS part" I said
We went back and forth for sometime before we heard someone clear their throat. Both of our heads slowly turned towards my Auntie and Maiya's Mom with her hands on her hips, "Are you two birds gon join us downstairs or what?"

Maiya and I fixed ourselves as my Auntie shook her head at the two of us, "We'll be down in a minute" Maiya said giving her a smile
Her mom shook her head, " Y'all are something else" She said walking back down and going towards the living room
I smacked Maiya's arm lightly and she gave me a stank look, "The fuck you hit me for?" She asked
I sighed, "You could've said you were gonna go down not me" I told her
She rolled her eyes, "He's YOUR Niggah don't act like you don't wanna see him"
Maiya chuckled to herself as she all but skipped down the stairs , leaving me standing there. Just as I was about to turn right around and go back into the room my Auntie called out. "Y/N girl you got this boy waitin' for you! And if I gotta go up there it's gon get hot"
I groaned , and let out a breath when I got down the stairs enough to see the three of them in the living room. Maiya was sitting next to her Mom a smirk on her face as she watched me, My Auntie looked at me with questioning eyes, and Sha was looking at his hands.
"Girl can you sit'down" My Auntie said
I looked from her to Maiya who motioned for me to sit next to Sha. "Next to the boy" She said pointing
