Walking up the steps into the building I hurried inside as the wind picked up and the hoodie that I was using wasn't doing the job I'd originally purchased it to so. Once I'd made it inside I sighed, clicking the elevator button in hopes that it would hurry up and reach down here already.
As I was watching the elevator lights glow as the elevator stopped on each floor. When it eventually made it in front of me, and the doors opened I heard a familiar laugh before I saw them. When we made eye contact, he stopped laughing slowly and his face rested in a faint smile.
"Yo Y/N! You goin' up?" Dd asked a smile on his face
I nodded my head, " Um yeah, got some stuff to do"I said looking away from him and towards Dd
Dd smiled, "You should come and chill with us we bout to go smoke and then head to Dee's place, his moms cookin" Dd said
Giving him a smile I shook my head, "I'd love to , but I've got somethings to take care of before I could do anything" I said
He nodded his head, "Whatchu doin' later? 'Y'know like after ya done with stuff"
I shrugged, "Um go to sleep"
They chuckled, "Listen holla at us when you done with your "stuff" don't be a grandma" Dotty said
I looked over to him, "Ain't no one a grandma I just want sleep, I'm not like you weirdos who stay up all the time" I said chuckling
"Aight well just let us know Y/N we'll catch you later My heart" JStar said giving me a small hug as they exited the elevator
I smiled waving to them as they exited, Jay was the last one and as he past by he didn't say anything keeping his head down. As I entered the elevator I sighed pressing the button for my floor ,and waited for the doors to close.
Just as they were getting ready to fully shut a hand stopped it from closing and the doors retracted . Looking up from my phone confused I waited to see who it was who just stopped the elevator. When they stepped into the elevator I rolled my eyes looking back down at my phone.
"So you not gonna say nothing to me now?" Jay asked
I sighed pretending to ignore him, "Y/N I know you hear me bro"
When I didn't say anything once again, he then snatched my phone out of my hand. "Excuse me who the fuck do you think you are?" I asked as I attempted to get the phone back
He held it higher as a smirk laid on his lips, " Now you know I exist" He said chuckling
Mugging him I sighed leaning against the elevator, "Jay I don't have time nor do I have the energy to mess around today bro, I'm not in the mood" I told him
He chuckled walking inside, "Really cause it seemed like you were in the mood when you was talkin' to the guys earlier" He said as he pressed the halt button on the elevator
