He was the youngest child and son of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, Fourth Duke of Norfolk Territory on Star Base 12 and he was born on December 21, 2250 on Star Base 12 out at his great-great-grandfather's ancestral home of Norfolk Estate.
His name was Lord Andrew Charles Howard and he was named in honor of his great-uncle, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, the youngest son of his great-grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard Senior, who was his father's favorite uncle and Duke of Northumberland Territory on Star Base 12.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard had two older brothers, Lord Charles Andrew Howard III who was born in 2230, and Lord Patrick William Howard II who was born in 2240, and two older sisters, Lady Patricia Charlene Howard who was born in 2235 and Lady Charlotte Augusta Howard who was born in 2245.
One by one, little Lord Andrew Charles Howard watched his father marry off his brothers and sisters and the first one to be married was Lord Charles Andrew Howard III in 2251 when Lord Andrew Charles was only five months old, then he watches his oldest sister, Lady Patricia Charlene Howard be married off in 2253 when he wasn't quite three years old, and then Lord Patrick William Howard II in 2258, when he wasn't quite 8 years old and finally his beloved sister, Lady Charlotte Augusta who was like a second mother in 2263 when he wasn't even quite 13 years old.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard couldn't understand why his father was marrying off all of his brothers and sisters and when he asked why.
Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR told his son " My son. We are aristocrats. We marry young."
"I won't marry young father." Lord Andrew Charles tells his father.
"You are only 13 years old, Lord Andrew Charles. You can't marry until you are 20 years old and that is not until 2270." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his son.
"I am sure one of your brothers will give me my first grandchild." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his youngest son.
"Father. Lord Charles Andrew Howard III had been married for 12 years old and he hasn't had a child yet and Lord Patrick William Howard III has been married for four years now and still no sign of a child." Lord Andrew Charles explains.
"I still hope." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his son, " Your oldest sister, Lady Patricia Charlene has a son, Lord Ralph Neville II and he is only seven years old."
"Lady Charlotte Augusta is expecting a child in 2264." Lord Charles Andrew JR explains.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard grows up and in 2268, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR summons his son, Lord Andrew Charles to the drawing room at Norfolk Estate and Lord Andrew Charles has been given his own manor to live in and it is Balmoral Manor in Norfolk Territory.
Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart his mother gave it to her son for a graduation present when he graduated from Parochial School in 2267.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard travels from Balmoral Manor to Norfolk Estate and when he arrives and he is shown into the drawing room at Norfolk Estate and he bows to his father and mother and Lord Charles Andrew JR smiles at his 18 years old son who resembles his favorite uncle, Lord Andrew Charles Howard who shares his name.
"Lord Andrew Charles . I have found your several brides from good aristocratic families here on Star Base 12 and from different Dukedoms and Territories." Lord Charles Andrew JR tells his son.
"I am going to give you the choice of which one of them you wish to court and then marry." Lord Andrew Charles tells his son.
Lord Andrew Charles looks at his father " What father. I will not a part of your marriage game. " Lord Andrew Charles exclaims " I am not a part of your marriage chest game."
"I am your father, Lord Andrew Charles. If I say you will marry. You will marry. " Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his son.
"I am sorry to inform you father. I won't marry." Lord Andrew Charles exclaims, " Look to my two brothers to give you your damn grandchild."
"Just because you had to marry and your marriage is loveless. My marriage will not be loveless." Lord Andrew Charles states.
"Lord Andrew Charles. I am going to tell you what my father told me. Aristocrats don't marry for love but if we do it is a plus." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR states.
"I am not my grandfather and I don't care what he thought." Lord Andrew Charles states " My maternal grandfather and your father married my mother and you to each . Lord Alexander Charles Stuart told it was too bad that two miserable old men couldn't marry each other as they deserved each other."
"Lord Alexander Charles Stuart is full of wit isn't he?" Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR asks.
"I don't know father. He is my first maternal cousin and he remembers his grandfather." Lord Andrew Charles tells him.
"I heard from my first cousin once removed, Lt Commander David Beck that you were in love with his paternal aunt, Lady Charlotte Augusta Beck and that is why you named my sister after her." Lord Andrew Charles explains.
"It is no secret that I loved Lady Charlotte Augusta Beck." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his son, " She was born in 2211 and we met through your uncle, Lord Richard Edward Howard SR." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR states.
"My father was like his father and my father had already disinherited Lord Richard Edward Howard SR in 2232 and Lord Edwin William Howard was not qualified to inherit the Dukedom and Territory of Norfolk." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR states.
"My father was able to stand up against his father, but I am not my father and I was his eldest son." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR states, " I was and am still expecting Lord Charles Andrew Howard III to succeed me as Duke of Norfolk Territory." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his son.
"Father. Lord Charles Andrew Howard III has been married for 18 years now and still no children are insight and Lord Patrick William Howard II has been 10 years now and still no children." Lord Andrew Charles tells his father.
"The only reason you have summoned me to tell me I must marry in two years when I reach the age of 20 years old and the woman you have chosen for me will turn 18 years old." Lord Andrew Charles tells his father.
"Lord Andrew Charles Howard. All the young ladies come from good families, They come with good dowries and their father's wish their daughters to marry well." Lord Charles Andrew JR tells his son.
"Is it the dowries you seek ." Lord Andrew Charles ask " I don't want their dowry or property."
"My grandfather has left me a sizable trust fund when I turn 20. I will be able to drawn from it." Lord Andrew Charles tells him " "I am sure I will marry but not to a woman of your choosing."
"Look to one of your oldest sons to give you. Your precious heir or heiress." Lord Andrew Charles tells him " Or wait until I find my bride." and with that Lord Andrew Charles bows and he walks out of the drawing room and he returns to Balmoral Manor.
