Part Two- From Karissa to Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell

Nothing would stop Lord Andrew Charles Howard, not even the prime directive would stop Lord Andrew Charles Howard from pursuing Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard was a daredevil and he loved to take chances regardless if it meant he was breaking the prime directive that was enacted by his great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard in order to keep peace between all the Lords on Star-Base 12.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard climbs into his carriage from Balmoral Manor and he travels out to Bedford Territory and when his second cousin hears that he enters his Dukedom and Territory without his consent.

At the border of Norfolk and Bedford Territory Lord Richard William Carey meets his second cousin, Lord Andrew Charles Howard at the border and he asks" Did I give you consent to enter my Dukedom and Territory, Lord Andrew Charles?"

"I don't need your permission. My father is the Patriarch of This damn family." Lord Andrew Charles states " I am his son and I am the grandson of Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, and the great-great-grandson of Lord Patrick William Howard whereas you are only the great-great-great-grandson through the matrilineal line of Lord Patrick William Howard.' Lord Andrew Charles states.

"I am Patriarch of The Carey family, and this is my Dukedom and Territory and I must remind you of the Prime Directive." Lord Richard William Carey explains.

"If you enter my Dukedom and Territory again without my consent. I will inform your father." Lord Richard William states " What is your business in my territory?"

'I have come to see Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell." Lord Andrew Charles explains.

"Did Mademoiselle Karissa invite you here?" Lord Richard William Carey asks.

"No. It's a surprise." Lord Andrew Charles tells Lord Richard William Carey.

"You will certainly be an unwelcome surprise when Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell sees you and I hope she gives your aristocratic rear end a piece of her mind." Lord Richard William Carey tells his second cousin.

"Let me go by Lord Richard William Carey. I love her and one day she will come to love me too." Lord Andrew Charles tells his second cousin.

"I am your second cousin and you are my least favorite cousin." Lord Richard William Carey admits, " I prefer Lord Thomas William Howard and Lord Frederick William Howard III, Lord David William Beck over Lord Richard Edward Howard II and you any day."

"If I had to pick one of your father's sons I would pick Lord Patrick William Howard II who is your mother's favorite son and she is very smart." Lord Richard William states.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard continues on his way to Madame Valois Boarding House to see Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell and when he arrives he is met by Madame Valois and she looks at him " Lord Howard. What do we owe the pleasure of your company? Madame Valois asks.

"Good Day Madame Valois. I have come to visit Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

"Is Mademoiselle Karissa expecting you, Lord Howard?" Madame Valois asks.

"No Ma'am. It is a surprise." Lord Andrew Charles confesses.

"I can't tell you how Mademoiselle Karissa received you, Lord Howard. You will find her out in the garden." Madame tells him.

"Just follow the path and it will lead you out to the garden. If the door is open you are free to go in but if the door is closed you must get permission from Mademoiselle Karissa's permission to enter into the garden as it is her garden now and she sets the rules." Madame explains.
