Lord Frederick William Howard is the eldest son of Lord Patrick William Howard and Lady Margaret Penelope Devereux the first Duke and Duchess of Norfolk Territory.
Lord Frederick William Howard was born in 2165, and he was only one of two children born to Lord Patrick William Howard as he was nearly 40 years old when Lord Frederick William Howard was born and he was nearly 45 years old when his daughter was born in 2170.
Lord Frederick William Howard was considered one of the most handsome young men of his time next to Lord Philip Carey.
Lord Frederick William Howard carries the torch just for one young woman on Star Base 12, but she lived in a near-by Dukedom and Territory of Beaufort and he wouldn't give up until he won her heart and he told his father "I won't marry any other woman but Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort."
Lord Patrick William explains " We can't interfere with any other Dukedom, Marquess, Earldom, Viscountcy, or Barony on Star Base 12 and if we do Lord Frederick William. The United Federation of Planets will come in and establish their government and undo everything we have done."
"Lord Edmund Beaufort is the Duke of Beaufort Territory and Lady Jeanette is his daughter and he wants her to marry he will see that she is married." Lord Patrick William tells his son.
"Dad. You have some pull here on Star Base 12 and you are the senior peer here on Star Base 12." Lord Frederick William explains.
"I have limited power as Duke of Norfolk Territory and I don't tell any other aristocrat who to marry their children too." Lord Patrick William tells his son.
Lord Frederick William Howard never gives up until he courts Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort, but her father leaves it up to his daughter if she wants to marry Lord Frederick Willliam Howard.
Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort has her pick of young men on Star-Base 12 as she is her father's heiress to his Dukedom and Territory of Lancaster, but five years after her birth her mother gives birth to a son, Lord Charles and he is only heir presumptive whereas Lady Jeanette Virginia is heiress apparent to the Dukedom of Lancaster Territory.
When Lord Frederick William Howard tells his father the only woman he will marry is Lord Edmund Beaufort's daughter and Lord Patrick William Howard tells his son " You have to impress the Duke of Lancaster Territory."
The first time Lord Frederick William Howard proposes to Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort she looks at him and just says " I will think about it, Lord Frederick William Howard?"
Lord Frederick William asked Lady Jeanette Virginia , "Don't you want to marry Lady Jeanette and don't you want children?"
"Why of course I want to marry and give my father grandchildren, don't you want to give your father grandchildren?" Lady Jeanette asks.
"Why of course, as the son, it is my duty to give my father an heir?" Lord Frederick William explains.
"Oh! You don't think a daughter can do what her brother can do?" Lady Jeanette asks.
"I didn't say that, Lady Jeanette." Lord Frederick William tells her .
"Let me tell you something, Lord Frederick William Howard. I Know that your sister is the Marchioness of Pembroke Territory." Lady Jeanette tells Lord Frederick William Howard.
"I am the heiress to my father's Dukedom and Territory and the only reason why you want to marry me is to get your stingy hands on my father's Dukedom and territory, but it won't happen because I am going to pass it onto my brother, Lord Charles Beaufort." Lady Jeanette explains, and Lord Frederick William Howard proposes a third time to Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort and she accepts his proposal of marriage in 2182 and they are married in 2183 and 12 months later she gives birth to Lord Frederick William's heir and their eldest son, Lord Frederick William Howard II, and a year and half later she gives birth to their second son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard who displaces his eldest brother in Lord Frederick William Howard's Act of Succession for the Dukedom and Territory of Norfolk, and in 2170, Lady Jeanette Virginia gives birth to their only daughter, Lady Sophia Charlotte and their final son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard is born in 2195.
