*Third Person's POV*

The following morning, Jennie groaned at the very irritating tone of alarm. She heard a familiar chuckle by her side and the alarm stopped. Then, a sudden realization hit her — she was in Lisa's arms. Her body snuggled closer to hers, under the same blanket. She quickly pulled away and sat up, not looking at the tall girl beside her.

"Were you awake?" Jennie asked nervously.

"I didn't sleep." Lisa stated.

"Why?" Jennie immediately looked at Lisa and she was greeted by a goddess. How could someone look this good in the morning? Maybe Lisa had an answer. She was staring at Jennie with literally hearty eyes.

"I couldn't. I wanted to watch you." Lisa said as if it was the most common thing on Earth. Jennie felt her cheeks getting red.

"You– you should have slept." She stuttered and Lisa chuckled.

"That's okay. We went to bed late anyways. And I need to go to college now." She stated and Jennie looked at the time.

"I am late too." The short girl said and was about to get off the bed, but Lisa pulled her back. She fell back to the bed and Lisa's face was close to hers.

"Don't." She whispered.

"Huh!?"

"You need to rest. Don't come to college Today."

"But, tha–"

"Please." Lisa looked at her with her infamous puppy eyes. "You should rest."

Jennie reluctantly nodded, feeling her cheeks getting even hotter. Though Lisa noticed it, she decided not to tease the short girl. Instead, she pecked Jennie's cheeks. "Have a good day, Professor." She whispered.

She got out of bed and within minutes, she was ready.

"Is there anyone I should inform your absence of?" Lisa inquired, putting on her jacket; looking in the mirror. Jennie was sitting against the headboard, stealing glances at her.

"Ah– n– no. I will just call Irene."

"Irene? As in Bae Irene, our principal?" Lisa asked looking at her.

Jennie nodded. "We are friends."

"Oh, cool." Lisa mumbled. "Then, I will go now."

"Should I fix you breakfast?" Jennie asked, which made the tall girl look at her in surprise.

"That's okay. I will grab something on my way. You make sure to eat and make yourself at home." Lisa assured, winking, and walked out, leaving Jennie to smile ear-to-ear.

A few days passed...

Jennie was able to breathe easier now.  Though they couldn't get that bastard in jail — how it would be with rich people — with the restraining order above his head, he won't ever be able to come for Jennie. If he does, then he will have to forget about his company, family, and money. Lisa was first a bit constrained about it, but Officer Park assured them that he will never approach Jennie again.

Jennie told her best friend about everything. First, she got a hug and some tears, then an earful for not telling her before. Seul-gi had to cover her girlfriend's mouth before Jennie went deaf.

Coming back to Lisa, she would always keep herself around Jennie, though the short girl was still adamant about them being a student and a teacher. However, Lisa was least concerned about it. She just wanted to make sure Jennie was alright. She'd text or call her every time, especially when Jennie is home or out and if she don't get a response in ten minutes, she'd rush to Jennie's door ready to break some bones.
