Y/n's pov:

Today it was Eunchae's pool party. The one I promised Haerin I'd go.

Why did I even agree? I doubt me and Eunchae have anything in common.

Whatever, I'm going for Haerin.

Haerin... We were on a tête-à-tête conversation she avoided the topic "letter" like the plague.

She probably wants to keep it that way. I'll respect that. But besides getting rejected I seriously need to have a conversation with all 5 of them.

I need to explain that these letters probably mean nothing by now... Or that they so do but I can't keep them waiting for me.

I already got 3/5 I guess... It's fucked up as hell. I probably need to stop giving false hopes.

I got dressed and wore my swimsuit inside my clothes.

I wore some makeup and waited outside of my house for Haerin.

She said that her dad would take us to the party and then I'd sleep over.

It's been 2 months since Haerin and I slept over at each other's houses.

We got busy but I guess now it's a good opportunity to get closer again.

Even if she doesn't like me back I'd like to keep her as a friend.

Suddenly a horn was heard from across the road and the window of the car slid down.

"What are you waiting for?" A smiley Haerin asked.

I just smiled back and got in the car too.

"Y/n! How are you?" Her dad asked when I entered the car.

"I'm good Mr. Kang, thank you for asking." I bowed on my seat.

"Always so polite even though we know each other for years!" He chuckled and started the car.

Once we arrived at Eunchae's house, or should I say huge ass mansion, the music was so loud we couldn't even get what Haerin's dad was saying apart from "don't do drugs and don't take candy from strangers".

"Don't be so positive Y/n, you look way too happy to be at a party." Haerin rolled her eyes.

"Is my expression that sour?" I asked as I got what she meant.

"Yes it is." She said and with her hands she tried to form a smile on my frawn as I just let her.

We got inside and I immediately knew I regretted coming here. It was full of people. I got flashbacks.

Flashback...

We were dancing all together and everyone was staring at us.

We were having so much fun but I couldn't help but look for her.

She was at the corner, staring while speaking with other people.

Once she caught my eyes she immediately smiled and winked.

I looked away and Gyu whispered "go give your girlfriend a kiss, she looks lonely."

I hit his arm playfully. "She's the one who told me to come with you guys. Also you know I'm closeted, I don't want people to think lowly of me." I replied with an awkward look.
