BREAKFAST MEETING

"Let me go Sunny!" Tejasswi smiled and tried to get off the bed but Karan spooned her even more tightly.

"Nooo! Just stay in bed!" Karan said biting her shoulder.

"Sunny!!" Tejasswi yelled in pain.
"Don't do that! It hurts and it leaves marks I don't want to answer my cousins irritating questions." Tejasswi said making Karan laugh.

"I need to go!" Tejasswi said

"You... Need to stay in the bed with me! Oh! How I wish we were in Mumbai, all alone... I would have held you close on our bed and do things... That's the only way you celebrate your 1st anniversary." Karan said

"Mmmhhh hhmmm! I like the idea very very much!!! But it's almost 8 sunny... Sab uth gaye honge please!" Tejasswi out of the bed.

"Hmmm okay!" Karan said unwillingly.
"But take that jacket, you are not going out in those sexy ass shorts and just a tank top, you are transparent!!" Karan said getting up
"Why don't you dress up like that often at home?"

"Because lately I am mostly in your shirt... Only!" Tejasswi said wearing the jacket. "What is it Sunny? You sound different!"

"Like what?" Karan asked, confused.

"Like different, different!" Tejasswi said.

"Just don't think too much sweety pie! Get ready and act all surprised to see me at the breakfast!" Karan said kissing her.

"Really! Why?" Tejasswi asked.

"Because it's all romantic!" Karan said "and filmy!! Arey Karan tum yaha and all!" Karan said.

"I will see you at the breakfast then! So mat jana... I really want you to be there..." Tejasswi said kissing him and left.

It took Karan almost 1/2 an hour to decide if the blue shirt is too formal or the green one is too casual. He had met his ex girlfriends parents before but this time it was different. This meant alot this time, before Tejasswi he obviously wanted his ex's parents to like him, but this time he wanted them to trust him as well. Trust, that their daughter who is the strongest person he knows can depend on him without worrying. That he will love her if not more than her father but not less. He will stand by her just like his mother always did and silently support her just like her brother.

Karan finally decided on a full sleeves lemon yellow polo for the breakfast. Tejasswi called him as he was entering the restaurant "Sunny I will be a little late baby!"

"Teju yaar!! Ab mein khud jau kya Mumma Pappa ke pass.... Tu hoti toh hum pretend kar lete na!" Karan was irritated.

"Sunny mein jab room me aai Maitri was already in the bathroom toh I got late. Sorry Baba!" Teju explained.

"Arey Karan!!!" Her father was genuinely surprised to see him "yaha kaise?"

"I will talk to you later! Baad mein dekhta hu tujhe!" Karan said and disconnected the phone.

"Namaste uncle! Mein aise hi bas....." Karan had no idea how will he explain him being there.

"Teju ne bataya nahi tum ane Wale ho!" Her father asked.

"Use bhi nahi pata tha uncle! Mein kuch personal kam se aya tha..." Karan lied.

"Accha accha! Join us!! Agar akele ho toh! Teju ko bhi surprise milega!" Her father offered.

"Sure uncle agar aapko koi problem nahi ho toh.." Karan happily accepted the offer.

"Arey Teju dekh kaun mil gaya!!!" Her mother exclaimed as Tejasswi joined them at the breakfast table.
