Chapter 5

Y/n POV

I open my eyes after taking deep breaths. Thanks to the orders of the therapist.

Y/n:"Now what doc?" I ask

Doc:"How does your arm feel?" He asks

Y/n:"Well it feels fine, but at random times it hurts." I answer

He nods his head, while writing a note on his notepad. He then turns his head towards me.

Doc:"That is quite normal, considering you were bitten by a creature that resembles a dog. On another note do you have any trouble moving your hand or fingers?" He asks

Y/n:"At first I felt painful to move anything below the bite. But over time it became easier." I answer

Once again he takes a note of my answer. I look around the small room he was given to treat the other patients he has. I turn my head back towards him.

Y/n:"When will I be able to continue my job?" I ask

He looks up from his notepad a little surprised. He then shakes his head slightly while chuckling.

Doc:"I admire that you want to do your job. But it'll be a little while longer till you can do that." He answers

Y/n:"How long?" I ask

Doc:"A week and a half. As it has already been about a week." He adds

Y/n:"Alright doc, what do you want me to do now?" I ask

One and a half weeks later

I open the door to Doctor Harman's office. I then walk in, and sit on a chair after closing the door.

Doc:"Alright Y/n, I assume you're here to see if you're cleared for missions?" He asks

Y/n:"Of course doctor." I answer

He stands up walks from behind his desk and stands in front of me. He then feels my forearm and a few other parts of my arm. He then went behind his desk and sat back down.

Doc:"Alright raise your forearm like you're raising your hand with a straight arm out." He says

I do what he says.

Doc:"Now kinda twist your wrist so your palm is facing different directions." He says

I twist my wrist left, right, I bend my wrist back, and finally forward.

Doc:"Okay it looks like you're good to go. Let me fill out release papers that say you're cleared for missions." He says

He turns his chair towards a binder full of papers. He then grabs a paper from somewhere in it and starts writing, the he starts signing it. After a few minutes he stops and turns it around towards me. I grab a pen and sign where his finger is for my signature. After about 10 seconds I'm done signing what I need to. He then stands up, so I stand up.

Doc:"I will take these to Selfridge and Quaritch immediately so they can confirm your release." He informs me

I nod my head at this. As I walk out of the room he follows then immediately walks to the command room. I walk towards my room to get my gear. After a few minutes I get to my room and open my door. Once it's open I walk in, then I close the door behind me. I move in front of my bed. There laid Maya and another viperwolf who followed Maya in. I softly pet the other viperwolves head. He lifts his head and looks at me. He then softly licks my hand as I pet under his  chin. When I finish petting him I walk over to the closet which holds my gear. I grab an armor vest, my gloves, and my helmet. I put all of it on. I then grab two dog-like vests which are for the viperwolves. I walk back in front of the bed and whistle. Maya stands up, as well as the other.
