"Nik, we need to plan a nursery," Genesis says hugging her boyfriend from behind. The word wasn't new, but it did excite her. "Love, we have enough time," He whispered back to her. He was trying and failing to come up with a plan for the wolves.

Ever since their night together, he couldn't stop thinking in her favor. The thoughts ran through him like, "What would Genesis think of this?" or "Are you sure, maybe ask Genesis." Somehow she had managed to sneak her way into his head and all his siblings knew it.

"Take some time away from planning city domination. And help me with the freaking nursery or you won't be sleeping with me tonight," She whispered to him and walked to the room she claimed for their nursery. He smiled to himself and was up there before he knew what he was doing.

"Ahh, there you are," She says smiling at him. "I've already got a crib made," He tells her. "I know. I had one of the vampires bring it up," She says smiling at him. "The room is just missing something. I need your help figuring it out," She says.

There was a gorgeous dresser, thick curtains, and in the certain was the crib. "So, what do we think?" She asks, even though I was the only one there.

"It's perfect," I tell her, she frowns as if my answer wasn't the answer she was looking for

"It's perfect," I tell her, she frowns as if my answer wasn't the answer she was looking for. "So I'm insane. It's not missing anything?" She asks, slightly pouting and turning her head away. "No, No, no, not at all. Let's figure this out together," I say wrapping my arms around her.

"It's just...it's just...I know it's missing something, but maybe I'm just losing it," She says sobbing into my shoulder. "No, no, love. Listen, I think... it's missing..." I say as I look around the room. "A painting," I tell her. "What?" She asks. "You have put so much into the room, all I have done is make a crib and I didn't even bring it in. So it is missing me. I will make a painting for my daughter," I tell her comforting her.

"Yeah, I think that was it," She mumbles. "I need to go clothes shopping soon," She tells me. "We will go clothes shopping tomorrow," I tell her and pick her up. "Right now, I think you need some rest," I say and lay her in our bed. I take off her shoes and her jacket, kiss her forehead, and then her bump.

"Goodnight, my love. I'll start on the painting," He says before leaving.
