Nevaeh Pov
So, after a few days have passed and my wounds have healed, my father has grounded me for an entire month, stopping me from flying my ikran. My father, mother, and neyetem all went on a mission. I swear neyetem is my father and mother's favourite. he was the one who never got in trouble, and to be honest, I was a little jealous of him. I always talked about it with Lo'ak, and he understood. I was glad someone was there to listen to me in those moments, and Lo'ak also talks to me about such things. So, since I was at home, I had nothing to do. My siblings were outside picking food from the tree, while I was inside with my grandmother Mo'at. She was gone for a few minutes to assist someone who had been injured. My siblings later returned. Kiri, Lo'ak, tuk, and spider. My relationship with Spider isn't great. I don't dislike him, but I don't like him either. As Lo'ak approached me, he said, "Nevaeh, do you want to come with us to the halleluiah mountains?" "sure," I replied. Tuk was jumping up and down she was so excited that I could go with her her face had a bright smile and she took my hand and said " come on vi lets go". Vi is her nickname, and she refers to me as such. I had nothing planned for the day, so why not spend it with my siblings? What could possibly go wrong, I thought.
Me, Lo'ak, Kiri, Tuk, and the spider were all laughing and jumping around the tree branches that connected to the Hallelujah Mountains. " vi " tuk almost screamed. as she was the one who was trying to follow us. I stopped in my tracks and waited for her. As I reached for her hand, I laughed. She is absolutely adorable. Lo'ak and spider had already left, but Kiri was still with us. Tuk came to a stop and looked around, noticing a beautiful plant with petals and laughing. "It's lovely," Tuk said. I laughed, "it truly is," I mean, the entire forest was beautiful, how could you not love it? This was my home. "Come on tuk, keep it up," Lo'ak exclaimed. I laughed as I rolled my eyes. "Bro, why did you bring her anyway?" spider asked. "She's such a cry baby, I'm telling you you're not allowed to go to the battlefield," he sneered. Tuk made a mocking sound with her tongue. I burst out laughing. But I also came because I knew we wouldn't be allowed, and I needed to protect my sisters and my brother Lo'ak. Because who knows what might happen, I reasoned. "Don't pick on her," Kiri said and I smiled at her.
As we continued walking, we noticed a plane entangled in some vines. "Come guys," Lo'ak and Spider said as they climbed up there. I climbed alongside them. "Are there any dead bodies up there?" Tuk asked from the ground, unable to climb. Yes, I shake my head. There were two dead bodies, which disgusted me, and as I climbed back down, I noticed Kiri wandering around the forest. she has a lovely connection with the forest I thought.
The sun was slowly setting as I realised it was time to leave before Dad arrived and saw us leave. "Tuk, we have to get going," I said. "All right," she said. "Lo'ak come on we have to go". I informed him. I rolled my eyes as I saw the spider approaching Kiri. This alien won't leave us alone, I reasoned. As we walked, I spoke with Kiri, who told me how much enjoyable she had exploring the forest. It was fun and interesting to talk with her. Tuk continued to hold my hand as we walked. We suddenly came to a stop. "Why did we stop?" I questioned of Lo'ak. "Shh, he's tracking," the spider said. HE DID NOT JUST SUSH ME, I argued. I gave him a sidelong glance. "What is it?" inquired Kiri. "We're always supposed to be home by eclipse," tuk explained. "These footprints are massive," Lo'ak said. Is he truly ignoring us? I began to wonder. "It's far too big for a human," said spider. "Guys, we really need to get going," I said. I had a strange feeling in my stomach that told me to get them out of there. "avatars," spider explained. "Maybe... but they're not our kind," Loak said to the spider. They both followed in the footsteps of the others.
"Lo'ak spider, stop what you're doing," I said. "Shh, I'm tacking," he said. So I just followed them, with Tuk on one side and Kiri on the other. I knew it was a bad idea, but I also knew Lo'ak wouldn't listen to me, and I was curious, but there was one thing I had to remember. is to protect your siblings. I held tuk and kiri's hands tightly as we continued down the path. We stopped for a moment when we heard the noise. We looked around and found about five or six avatars, though we couldn't count them all because some were hidden inside the abandoned school. "We have to call it in," Kiri said. I disagreed, saying that if my father had known I was here with my siblings, he would have killed me. I was worried because I was afraid of what might happen, but I also knew we had to do it. Loak looked at me as I nodded, and he did as well. "Devil dog, this is eagle eye over here," Loak said. I became even more concerned when I heard My father's voice. "What's your position?" asked Dad. Lo'ak paused for a moment before telling him we were at the old shack. "Who's we?" I was beginning to worry that my father would truly hate me. "Me, Kiri, Spider, Nevaeh.... and Tuk," Lo'ak explained. I lowered my head as I realised I was going to be in big trouble. " Okay, lo'ak, pay close attention to what I'm saying. Get out of there as soon as possible. "And don't make a sound," he said, his voice filled with rage and concern. "If you're listening, Nevaeh, get your sisters and get the hell out of there." "Yes, sir, moving out," I said. "I warned you," kiri says to Lo'ak.
"It's almost eclipse time," Tuk said, hurrying us out of here. Then an avatar appeared and grabbed Tuk's arm, scaring him. I took my arrow because I wouldn't let anyone hurt my sister, and I shot it into one of the avatars' hands as they screamed. I was reached by a tuk. But they all had guns, so I had to put down my arrow, as did Lo'ak and Spider.I was forced my keens next to Tuk and Kiri. She screamed because she was terrified. "Mawey," Kiri said, and all I could do was stare at the ground, terrified of what would happen to them.
They grabbed Kiri's hand while we were on our knees. It hurt her. "We got a half breed," the man who held her hand said. I was filled with rage as I looked at him. As the man approached Lo'ak, he ordered him to show his fingers. Lo'ak looked at him as if he was about to murder him. He revealed the middle finger with both hands. Inside, I laughed a little. "You are his, aren't you?" Loak hissed loudly. I wondered how he knew we were Jake's children. "Your his okay," he said. "Where is he?" he inquired. "sorry I don't speak English with assholes" said lo'ak in na'vi .That's when it struck me. Quaritch was the one who fought my father. I was speechless, wondering how he had brought back to life. I began to feel scared and worried, and many thoughts raced through my mind. I hoped my father would arrive soon before something bad happened, and I glared at him with rage.
