Everyone came to Lo'ak the next morning to ask questions about where lo'ak was. We sat in a circle, listening to what Lo'ak had to say. As Lo'ak continued to speak, I noticed a smile on Kiri's face and her eye winded. Lo'ak was talking about a huge sea creature who had saved him. To be honest, I was amazed and relieved that my brother was safe. "I wish I could have been there," Kiri smiled. "The ocean gave you a gift, brother," she continued. I, too, smiled. "Tulkun have not yet returned, and no Tulkun is ever alone." aonung said. I rolled my eyes at him, as both of my brothers did. "This one had a missing fin," Lo'ak began to speak. " on his left side, like a stump" Lo'ak turned to Tsireya and pointed to his arm, trying to explain. "Poor Tulkun," tuk said as I nodded. "Payakan," Tsireya's eyes grew in fear. "Who is Payakan?" Kiri and I ask. "A young rouge," said Roxto. "They say he's a killer." I then wondered why Payakan would save him. "No," Lo'ak said, shaking his head in disbelief at what they were all saying. " He killed Na'vi and other Tulkun Not here, but far south." aonung stated. "No, he's not a murderer," Lo'ak continued. "Lo'ak, you're lucky to be alive," tsireya said politely. "I'm telling you, he saved my life, he is My Friend. "You believe me.. right?" said Lo'ak as he looked at me. I could hear his sadness in his voice as he spoke quietly. "Yes, I believe you lo'ak," I said, smiling at him. " my baby bro" neteyam said as he stood up and put his hands in lo'ak shoulders to shake him. " the mighty warrior who face a killer tulkun and lived to tell about it. Lo'ak muttered something under his breath and pushed neteyam's arms away. Neteyam then backed away with a laugh. "You guys aren't listening." Lo'ak said a s he stood up and walked away, he threw his hand up in frustration. "No, I'm listening," Tuk said. "Lo'ak, come back," Kiri said. I then tried to approach him. "Lo'ak, come on, let's go back." I tried to grab his arm, but he pushed me away, saying, "Vi, I'm fine." He said his face was sorrowful because he knew no one else understood. Everyone else thought he was insane except for me. "Just leave me alone," he said loudly as he continued walking away. I felt sad when I heard him say that, but I knew he needed some alone time, so I walked away and rejoined the others...
