Author POV (ft. Shinobu):

*knock knock*

"Oh, someone is here already?" Shinobu had just finished setting the snacks up. She rushed to the front door and opened it to see Mitsuri and Iguro. Mitsuri was laden by bags of a mysterious-something.

"Hello, Mitsuri! Hi, Iguro!" Shinobu greeted them warmly, "What's that your holding, Mitsuri?"

"Sakura mochi!" she grinned, "It's my favourite food and I wanted to share it with you all! I also brought some strawberry soda."

"I brought bento," Iguro offered.

"Lovely, lovely!" Shinobu smiled, "Come in! The others will be here soon."

Soon, all the Hashiras had arrived, even the water pillar. They all brought some food to share.

Rengoku brought some red bean buns, Sanemi brought some biscuits, Gyomei brought home-made lemonade, Muichiro brought sushi, Tengen brought daikon that his wives had made, and Giyu had brought thirteen sticks of dango.

"Wow!" Shinobu gaped at all the food on the table, "I didn't know you guys were gonna bring so much!"

Shinobu herself had provided cocktails, steaming bowls of ramen and little snack platters of pastries.

"I guess it's a feast!" Mitsuri squealed, "Let's dive in before everything gets cold!"

No-one needed to be told twice. Soon they were all munching on ramen and snacks.

"This dango is delicious," Shinobu said, "Where did you get it, Tomioka-san?"

"I... bought it at a marketplace." Giyu answered. He hadn't spoken while the others were chatting, just focused on eating as much food as possible.

"Oh, interesting. How come you brought thirteen instead of twelve?" Shinobu asked. She was trying to get the cold water pillar into small talk.

"... I thought if Tanjiro was around.."

Shinobu felt a pang in her chest. She wasn't worth an extra dango to him, Tanjiro was.

No, no. Stop thinking like that. He already brought a dango for you, don't be selfish, Shinobu thought.

"Oh, how lucky! He's visiting right now. For Kanao, of course." Shinobu giggled. Giyu's face remained emotionless.

Shinobu sighed, giving up on him for the time being. Besides, she had a great idea. Everyone was pretty much finished with the main course and most of the desserts now, so she spoke up.

"Hey guys, why don't we all have a drink with the cocktails I got? I'll clear the table and we can finish up whatever's left. We can play Truth or Dare?" Shinobu suggested.

"OMG yes!" Mitsuri squealed. Sanemi groaned. "Oh god, this is going to love-rigged by Kanroji again."

Soon, the table was cleared and everyone was sipping their elebarote cocktails. Aoi had customized them especially for the each of them.

Shinobu had asked her to include a little extra alchohol in Giyu's, in the hope that he might get drunk and loosen up a little.

"Can I go first?" Mitsuri asked. Everyone nodded.

"Yay! Shinobu-chan, Truth or Dare?" Mitsuri said.

"Hm.. Truth." Shinobu answered.

"Would you ever go against the Master if it meant saving a fellow Hashira?" Mitsuri asked. Shinobu was suprised it wasn't romance-related, but she knew the love pillar would loophole it.
