The Powerful Duo

JIN'S POV:

The return of Kim Taehyung had shocked the world, but we didn't know that these two brats would announce them being together to the world. 

A week later the first attempt to kill them both while at the sea failed, we were all in the meeting room once again. Over the past 5 years we demolished and re-built the whole KIMS Mansion and every part of it was built with utmost care and every part of the mansion had traps. Not everyone was allowed at the Mansion. The ones who set the traps were JK and my boyfriend Namjoon. Other than them only Taehyung knew about the traps. 

"I have an important news for you guys." JK said while gathering the attention from all of us.

"What is it?"  I asked him and looked at Taehyung was looking at boyfriend as if he was his whole world. Well he was his whole world.

"We've sent out a news saying that we are together." Taehyung replied this time.

"Are you out of your mind?" I said abruptly standing up while pushing the chair and banging my hands on the table.

"Chill Jin hyung, we know what we are doing." Taehyung replied to me and JK nodded.

"Joon, did you know about it?" I asked my boyfriend, turning to look at him, but I didn't get any answer.

"Well, so you knew. Great." I said running a  hand in my hairs.

"You've grown up now. You don't need my help or my advice. After all, I am just working for you. Isn't it? Fine. Consider me out, from all your mess from now on." I said and turned out to leave.

"Hyung, what are you scared of? We will be fine." Taehyung said stopping me by holding my hand.

"Did you forget already how your parents, your dear aunt and Joon uncle died? Did you forget that you lost your best friend and a very important ally? Did you forget that Namjoon and Jimin almost died? Well, I will never forget it. So let go." I said this time with a commanding voice which made him let go of my hand.

"I think hyung is right." Suga, said calmly looking at everyone. 

"It is indeed a risky move and you should've discussed with him. After all, Hyung did play a very important role in keeping the KIMS Empire stable. Yes, JK is my brother and I should side him. But I will never support any foolishness, even if it's him." Hobi replied to Suga and they exchanged a look with JK.

Just then Soobin came in running. 

"Hyung, hyung, hyung.." He yelled while running to us.

why the hell are you running? what if your stitches open up, you b*stard.

"What's wrong? Don't you know you're not suppose to-" I asked and everybody stood up in their places looking at me and Soobin, but Soobin handled it very well.

"Turn on the TV. You will see what's happening." He said while trying to stabilize his breathing.

JK turned on the TV. There were some very interesting headlines today.

"THE POWERFUL DUO REUNITES" 

"KIM & JK- NOW ALLIES"

"FIRE & FUEL COMING TOGETHER TO BURN THE WORLD"

"Great, isn't that what you wanted?" I asked Taehyung who looked at me as if he realized his mistake.

"Don't fvcking give me that puppy face. I am not JK." I said and I left the room.

God only knows what trouble this news is going to stir up and what we will have to face in the coming days.

SOOBIN'S POV:

It wasn't my place to say anything, but hyung was wrong this time. I decided to tell him what I saw and heard this time.

"Hyung, hyung." I called him and everybody looked at me including Taehyung hyung.

"I know, I am young and not in place to tell you anything, but I have to tell you something. You are very wrong if you think this isn't going to blow up. Infact, people out there are already making plans to rid of you." I said without hesitating.

"You.. How dare you?" Spoke up Yeonjun.

"Yeonjun, know your place." Suga hyung stopped him.

Only if you knew Yeonjun...

"Speak.. What do you know?" Hobi hyung asked me.

"Well, have a look at this.." I said and I connected my iPad to the big screen and played the video I had filmed.

"What is this?" Taehyung hyung asked me.

"Yes, what is this?" JK hyung also asked.

"The result of your mistake. I am sorry, forgive me, but I agree with Jin hyung. You are wrong this time. Just this few, you might think, but its actually the only one I was able to record. It was dangerous so I had to save my life before I could record anything." I told them and Taehyung hyung pushed the chair aside and ran to me pulling me into a hug.

"Did you get hurt? Tell me. I will not leave those b*stards see the sun rise tomorow." He said while still hugging me tightly.

"I am fine, but if you hold me so tight, my sutures my open up and I might bleed to death." I said and chuckled.

Taehyung hyung let go of me and looked at me. His eyes were moist. He took a step back. JK hyung came and held him from behind. Everybody else came up and surrounded me.

"What? You think I'm lying?" I asked again looking at everyone.

"You b*stard, we all came up here because we know you won't lie. Now show us." Hobi hyung's eyes turned dark and his face turned very different from what I have been seeing him. I saw him this angry for the first time.

"I'm sorry, hyung." I said and took my shirt off and everyone gasped.

"Soobin, you.." Taehyung hyung said and he came forward and his fingers trailed over the bandage on the wound on my abdomen.

"Jin hyung knows about this, so he got angry. I didn't mean to, but I ended up hearing you guys planning on this thing. I knew what would happen, so I decided to speak with Jin hyung. And we planned things out. And even before you announced it, we decided to see the reactions of the people around. And so I disguised as an informant and went to certain groups and recording the whole thing unknown to them. But unfortunately, the last group I went to THE PARKS, I guess their leader has changed. This one is young and intelligent af. It didn't take him long to discover the camera on my shirt button., which the others failed to. I didn't realise first but then he had me put in detention and.... " I stopped as everything flashed in front of my eyes.

"... tortured me. After 2 days, I heard they were attacked by someone. I took this chance and escaped. I met Jin hyung who was returning home from somewhere and he hid me a hotel room and got me treated. Today as I woke up, I saw the news and hurried here. But seems like you really did announce. I prayed it to be fake all the way here. I am so fvcking disappointed. Because I almost died." I said and then suddenly I felt the pain coming up because I ran all the way here.

I held my abdomen and stumbled on the floor. I broke into heavy sweat and my breathe became ragged.

"What's happening, Soobin? Somebody fvcking call the doctor here. NOW!!!!" I heard Taehyung hyung yell.

Just then somebody picked me up and started walking, rather running. I tried to open my eyes. It was hyung. Taehyung hyung and me have been close since I started working with him. He was a cold man I thought just like others, but when I got to know him, I realised he had a very soft heart. But honestly, he doted on me because I was the youngest among our members. 

"Soobin, don't worry. I won't let anything happen to you. Trust me, your hyung, okay?" He asked and I nodded before I passed out because of the pain.
