It was almost half a year since Soobin's death. Taehyung still didn't have any assitant. To put it simply, he just wouldn't keep one.
"Tae, baby our men found this." Namjoon said handing over a packet to Taehyung.
Taehyung had finally allowed people to clean out Soobin's room and store his things in the storage with his own things. But while doing that, they found something.
"This? Oh, Soobin's phone?" Taehyung asked surprised and sat down, wearing gloves, he carefully opened the packet.
"How did you find this?" He asked again and Namjoon took a seat in front of him.
"I didn't. My men found out. But they were careful enough not to touch it without gloves, afraid, they might unknowingly tamper the evidence. So they got it packed and brought to me." Namjoon explained.
"Fine." Taehyung nodded as he powered on the phone..
He smiled looking at the wallpaper. It was a picture with Taehyung and his brother Beomgyu.

"Hyung, where is this guy right now??" Taehyung asked pointing to Beomgyu's picture.
"Choi Beomgyu? He's Soobin's brother. Why? Oh, now that you asked, I never saw him since Soobin's death. Even during the funeral, we were looking for him, we never found him." Namjoon replied.
"This photo was with me with them. It makes it seem like they are close to me. Soobin was. Beomgyu, that was the first and last time I met him. Very nice kid. Loves his brother a lot. We should at least save him, hyung." Taehyung looked anxious.
Namjoon realised now that Beomgyu had caught Taehyung's attention, he will not stop till he finds him. "Okay, I will find him. I will right away put someone on it."
"Thanks hyung." Taehyung smiled with tight lips and went back to the phone.
A few hours later, Suga arrived at the KIMS Mansion. He wanted to see Taehyung.
"Yes, send him in." Taehyung said over the call and minutes later, the door opened with Suga walking in.
"Hyung, how are you? How come you turned this way? All good?" Taehyung asked walking around his desk and giving Suga a side hug.
Suga patted his hairs and smiled. "Yes, all good. But I wanted to talk about something."
"Have a seat first." Taehyung said and they both sat on the couch.
"That masked man, how much do you know about him? How close are you to each other? Nothing to worry about. Just asking." Suga added sensing Taehyung's change in expression.
The air around them was full of tension. Suga's sudden mention of masked man did worry Taehyung.
"We are very close. And I know him well enough for us putting our lives on line for each other. That's all I can say." Taehyung replied but, there was a hint of anxious ness in his words.
"Alright. I have a mission for him. If he's interested. I want to find someone. He's been missing since the death of our two boys. My men thought he had gone home. But yesterday, his parents called up saying he never called them since last 6 months, nor did he go home." Suga explained.
"What?? Do you have any clues? Anyone in mind? Because even one of my guys is missing. And he's no other than Soobin's brother, Choi Beomgyu." Hearing that name Suga changed his posture.
"Choi Beomgyu?? He is Soobin's brother? Then did you know that Beomgyu and my boy Taehyun were classmates in school. They are best friends. And Taehyun often talked about Soobin. In fact, they are neighbours. I can find out if Beomgyu had gone home or ever called home in last 6 months, if the timing is same of missing out." Suga said and immediately rang one of his men and gave orders.
"I found Soobin's phone and then saw this picture. That's why I asked Namjoon hyung to look for him. Hyung said he hadn't seen him for last 6 months too. He's got his men on it too." Suga nodded.
"About my friend, you won't need him now, right?" Taehyung asked Suga and he replied with a no.
"Actually, once I find out where they are or anything about these two guys, I will ask him to get them safely here." Taehyung told Suga who replied, "Great, I had the same thought in mind".
After chatting about some other business with Taehyung, Suga took his leave.
Taehyung was lost in his thoughts, when Soobin's phone started getting ringing. There was no ID and with just one look, Taehyung knew the person was using a burner phone.
Before he could answer, the call went off. Then, he received a few notifications. Out of all, there were these two messages which caught his attention. He opened them.
I have your brother with me, Soobin. Oh and his little friend too. If you want to save both of them, come to this address. ALONE. The address is:
123, XXX Street, Gwangju Park, Gwangju.
And the second message read:
Don't you dare tell your dear boss. KIM TAEHYUNG. If you tell him, along with your brother and his friend, you will also die. It won't be difficult to get rid of Kim Taehyung as well.
Taehyung sat in shock reading the messages. But then suddenly his eyes fell on the date. It was a day before Soobin's death. He started getting anxious. And first thing he did was call someone. Someone, who was the only one who could calm him down. Someone, who was the only one, to whom, he wouldn't need to tell too many things and would still know what was on his mind. Someone, in front of whom, he could let himself be weak without a second thought...

Hello my angels.. How is everyone? Hope all are fine.
First of all, sorry for not updating for so long. I wasn't well. Had very bad cough and cold. My throat was so sore, I couldn't even eat, forget about talking. Luckily it was just common cold. I did my PCR (covid test), just to ease my mind. And LUCK was on my side. But I am perfectly fit back again.
Please take care of yourselves. The weather isn't good nowadays. Stay safe. Drink lots of water. Stay hydrated. Wear sunscreen. Eat lots. Eat healthy.
