Liliana's PoV

I can't believe that someone like Tiffany Astoria kissed- well, it's a quick peck, but still! It's a kiss! And I felt her lips on mine. Even though I was a little tipsy but I know what happened and-

"Liliana! Are you listening to what I just said? There's a patient in room 3 that needs your attention. I-" I look up to my colleague and ask her what trouble me.

"Someone kissed me, and I don't know how to think about it. I'm not sure if I like it, but I feel happy. Do you know what I mean? Because I don't." My colleague seems to be confused.

"We shall talk about that later. Now, the patient in room 3 is waiting." Oh- yea. Gosh! I shouldn't think about it on my shift.

"You're right." I slapped myself before walking towards room 3.

"Oh, my-" the man smiled with a knife sticking from his shoulder. It's going to be a long day.

A few hours later,

I leaned back in my office after a long shift. My kind has been divided into two, and honestly, it's exhausting. It seems hard to forget what happened at the club. I-

"Now, tell me what happened. I couldn't focus on my work after you told me you had kissed someone! Spill the tea!" I was shocked when someone entered my office without even knocking on the door.

"Geez! Can't you even knock? I am still your superior, you know." My colleague smiled and said,

"The shift is over, so you're not my boss. We're friends. Now, spill the tea." Tea? What tea? Chamomile tea? Green tea?

"Well, basically, a girl kissed me, and I kinda like it." My colleague gasped as she tried to process what I had just said.

"Wow! I never expect someone like you to live such a rebellious life! Liliana! You finally have something interesting happen to your life! You should be happy that you're not obsessing over George." Obsessing? Is that how I look at my friend before?

"So, are you seeing her? I mean, you two did kiss, after all. I'm sure you two are getting to know each other, right? Gosh, I'm so proud of you. I never thought you would find someone this quick! George is a dick, and we all know it. I'm so glad you finally over him." I have a feeling that my friend misunderstood the situation. I- well, Tiffany and I occasionally went to lunch or dinner together, but that doesn't mean we see each other, right?

God, I'm so confused. Also, why did she kissed me?! Yea, just a peck, but a kiss is still a kiss! Normally I would read or watch this scene in a movie, and I never thought I would experience it myself. What did the protagonists do whenever they were in such a situation?

"What should I do? We haven't met since the night we kissed. And I- I don't know what to do. I'm embarrassed, yet I want to know why she kissed me. But what if she was just drunk?" Even though Tiffany only drank a glass of whiskey, that doesn't mean she wouldn't get drunk. Perhaps she was just-

"What do you mean what you should do? Get the girl! She has feelings for you! That's the only reason why she kissed you! Gosh, Lily! You're the smartest person when it comes to working but the dumbest when it comes to your own love life. That woman has feelings for you! Get her! Give her a call!" My friend grabbed my phone and gave it to me.

"Call her." What? Now?

"Call. Her." My friend said as she stared at me. I- what is happening? Why am I calling Tiffany? It's still awkward between us, though. I-

She picked up!

I asked if she was busy and, if not, if she could have dinner with me. Normally I wouldn't be the one asking, but my friend was being forceful. When I finally hung up, I told my friend that we agreed to meet each other at a cafe not far from the clinic.
