Chapter 17 - Surprise! We're together!

Tiffany's PoV

"What?"

My sister shrugged her shoulder.

"Just say it, Blaire."

Blaire smiled before introducing herself to Liliana.

"My name is Blaire, and I am Tiffany's little sister. It's so nice to meet you finally. However, I didn't mean to be the third wheel here. I promise."

My sister needs to stop embarrassing me, though.

"It's an honor to meet you, Blaire. My name is Liliana."

And just like that, my sister took Liliana from me as they conversed without including me. Well, it's not their fault, as they talk about babies and their antics. I mean, Liliana is a doctor, and Blaire has too many questions as a young mother who is raising a baby alone. That reminds me-

"Did Jonathan agree with your terms and condition? I'm sure that playboy doesn't like it since you decided not to give him anything."

Blaire sighed.

"Well, Jonathan asked for it. All I want is a divorce, and since I have the upper hand, he has to deal with it. My son doesn't need a father who sleeps with a different woman every night."

That's a given.

"Enough about me! Tell me about you, sister. When did you have the time to find such a lovely woman as your partner? If I have to compare Liliana with the others, she's the best person to introduce to Mom and Dad. I'm sure they will approve."

Blaire- you're killing me right now.

"Stop- what are you doing here? I thought I told the butler that I'd be using this villa. So why are you here?"

Blaire apologizes.

"I didn't come home, so I didn't know. I need some time alone and might agree to look after my son. It's stressful, and I want to heal my mind briefly. But since you two are here, I will leave in a minute."

I see- but I've confessed, and Liliana said yes, so I don't need to be here anymore.

"No, stay. I was planning to bring Liliana out to dinner so you may stay. That's fine, right?"

Liliana nodded.

"Of course. I understand you might feel a little overwhelmed being a single mother, but things do get better. I had my fair share of dealing with mothers who thought they are not cut out to be one, but that's not true. Everyone will learn how to be one. It's up to them if they want to embrace it or not."

Whoa- Liliana, go full doctor on my sister.

"I should go consult at your clinic from now on! Is that okay?"

Liliana chuckled.

"Sure, I have a great team of doctors that will help you in any way they can. If you don't mind waiting for your turn, that is"

Blaire seems confused.

"Liliana opened a free clinic."

"Yes- and Tiffany is currently sponsoring it. It was on the verge of closing down because of a development plan and lack of funds, but I'm just so lucky that my sister managed to find me a kind soul willing to give back to society."

Blaire smiled.

"So that was your new project? Interesting. Sister, why didn't you tell me any of this? I could have made some calls to my friends who work in the same field and gotten the things I needed to make the facility better for everyone. Besides, I don't mind finding it as well."
