Chapter 7 ~ Secrets

Y/n was sitting in her room, reading when Tracy and Harry walked in.

"Where's the special threat then?" Tracy asked Harry who was holding Jeff, stuffing coming out of the teddy's neck.

"Up there!" Harry pointed to the shelf above the fireplace.

"Oh dear, did Jeff have an accident?" Y/n stood up and crouched down to Harry. Harry nodded and pointed to the hole in Jeff's neck. "Do you want me to fix him up for you?"

"No it's okay I'll do it." Tracy said, grabbing the thread off the shelf.

"You know Saph is going to go mental when she finds out you're touching her stuff." Tracy shrugged and turned to Harry.

"When you've fixed Jeff can we play heavy metal monsters on the computer?" Harry asked her. Y/n pinched the bridge of her nose and looked at the floor.

"Oh Harry." She sighed, Tracy looked at the two of them.

"We don't have that game Harry." Tracy shook her head.

"Sapphire does." Harry replied.

"No she doesn't!" Y/n quickly jumped in, "He probably just heard us talking about the game that's all!" Y/n knew that Sapphire was stashing stolen goods for her boyfriend Ferris and had promised to keep it a secret. Y/n casually went to go stand by the wardrobe and leant on it.

"Does Sapphire really have that game Harry?" Tracy looked at Harry, not quite believing him, much to the delight of Y/n.

"Yes, in there." Harry pointed to the wardrobe behind Y/n.

"He's just confused, she doesn't have any of those games. Do you really think Sapphire would be interested in heavy metal monsters?" Tracy stood in front of Y/n and folded her arms.

"Open the wardrobe Y/n." Tracy told her. Y/n sighed and opened it to reveal a large box of all sorts of computer games. "Why would you lie Y/n?" Y/n looked down at the floor, "Where is Sapphire?" Tracy raised her voice.

"She's out." Y/n went back to sitting on her bed.

"Where and with who." Y/n just opened her book and did her best to avoid her care worker's stare. "Y/n! Where is she and who is she with?!"

"Alright alright she's in town with Ferris." Y/n muttered into her book, watching as Tracy stormed out of her room, Harry following close behind. Soon after, Y/n heard Mike talking to Johnny who was hoovering outside her room.

"Has anyone figured out where that nasty smell is coming from?" Gina walked up to Liam, Frank, Mike and Johnny. Y/n leant on her door frame.

"I can't smell anything." Y/n looked at the boys who were all holding their noses. Liam walked up to her, pulled her out of her room and laughed as her face scrunched up in disgust. "Eugh! I think it just hit me!" They all laughed. Liam gave her two small pieces of tissue to stick up her nose, just like Liam and Frank had done.

"It's definitely not the bathrooms." Mike stated, putting his gloved hands in the air.

"You should take a whiff outside of Gus's room. It's enough to melt your nose." Tee stated. They all followed Gina to Gus's room where she unlocked the door.

"Right," She said, "I'm going in." Everyone groaned as she opened the door and they all walked into his room.

"That's disgusting!" Y/n complained, covering her mouth and nose with the top of her shirt. Gina kneeled down next to the bed and pulled out dirty plates from underneath. The plates were crawling with maggots and everyone turned around, covering their mouths and groaning.
