Chapter 11 ~ A Day At The Beach

Mike and Gina had planned a day at the beach for everyone. Of course everyone was excited, but some were also nervous. Liam had packed all of his things for the day before making his way to Y/n's room to see if she was ready. He walked in to see her standing in the middle of the room, staring at her bag blankly.

"You okay love?" He walked over to her and she snapped out of her trance.

"Oh, yeah." She smiled sweetly at him as he picked up her bag.

"Darling, there is nothing in your bag." He pointed out, Y/n sat down on her bed, "What's up?" He sat down next to her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

"I've never been to the beach before." She admitted, bouncing her leg up and down, "And I'm afraid of water.." Her eyes became glassy as her mind replayed memories she didn't want to see.

"Hey!" Liam turned her face with his hand to look at him, "None of that is going to happen! He's not going to be there and I'll be with you the whole time okay?" She nodded and he pulled her in for a hug. "Come on, it's gonna be well fun!" He stood up, chucking her phone, her purse and some other bits in her bag, grabbed her hand and pulled her out of the room.

They all crammed into the mini bus that Mike had hired for the day, Liam and Y/n sat next to each other in the second row from the back. Turns out Yn wasn't the only one who was nervous about going.

"A day at the beach!" Tracy exclaimed, standing in front of Johnny and Tee who were sitting at the back of the bus. "How could you not want to go?"

"It's not for me. It's her." He turned to face his sister who was wearing red, heart shaped sunglasses.

"This is a bus Johnny," Tee told him, "I don't get bus sick!"

"Everybody aboard?" Mike shouted from the front,

"Aye aye captain!" Liam shouted and everyone cheered,

"Alright, get ready for a day to remember!" Mike announced, holding up a video camera, "And look what I borrowed for the day, we're gonna make a movie at the beach!" He handed the camera to Tracy before shutting the door and getting into the driver's seat.

"Please can we stay behind?" Johnny begged Tracy as she sat down with the camera,

"It's still a no. There won't be anyone to look after you!" Tracy replied, strapping herself in, "Tee's alright aren't you?" She turned to Tee.

"Yeah!" Tee beamed, excited.

"Hi ho and away we go!" Mike yelled from the front as he started to drive. They didn't even get to the end of the driveway before they all heard a retching noise. They all looked to the back to see that Tee had been sick. They all groaned except for Y/n who got up and sat next to her, rubbing her back.

Mike continued to drive as Tracy and Y/n helped to clean up the sick.

"Eurgh there is sick everywhere!" Liam shouted in disgust, earning a harsh hit on the shoulder from Y/n. He had the video camera and was filming as the two cleaned it up. "Missed a bit!" He pointed out and winked at them, laughing. They both glared at him. "That stinks! When it gets hot in here it's gonna-" Liam imagined the smell and hid his nose in his shirt.

"Oh shut up!" Y/n told him, throwing the cloth she had used to clean the sick up at him. He retched, flailing about before throwing it forward onto Frank as Tracy and Y/n got back in their seats. Suddenly Tracy's phone started to ring.

"Hello?" She answered, "Is this a joke?" Liam and Y/n looked at each other, confused before Liam turned the camera to Tracy, "No! Of course not!" Tracy shuffled in her seat. "Two hundred smackers!" Tracy squealed after putting the phone down.
