KK: Hihi! Just coming to say that I had a lot of fun writing this request, and no need to worry! No one should ever apologize for giving me requests. It's rare, but sometimes I have an idea block (I can't think of new story ideas, so when I think of one I instantly write it down for the future) so requests will save me from that. If I ever don't respond it's because of three things. I'm sleeping, working, or writing it already, and keep in mind these take me a while because I work on them late at night. So all in all, don't feel bad for asking a request, I don't really see this as work, just a way to whine down and hang out. But enough of me talking, go read :D

The sound of waves and seagulls could be heard throughout the sea as a ship made its way to the shoreline. The captain aboard the vessel was none other than captain Beidou herself, calling at her crew to hoist up the sails to prevent wreckage. A young boy with (H/C) hair could be seen swinging down a rope that lifted the sails before wrapping it around the post hook. Turning his head to look at the fresh but familiar land he smiled. The sound of boots, light but heavy, could be heard coming closer. Turning the boy was met with another, whose white hair was tied into a short and low ponytail.
"How are we feeling about today (Y/N)? Must be pretty exciting for you huh?" He asked. Smiling, you replied,
"You bet! Archons knows how restless I've been on that island." About four years ago when traveling from Sumeru to Inazuma you got stuck on the island because of the Raiden Shoguns conquest to create Inazumas perfect eternity. Seeing as her power was way out of your league all you could do was wait, but thanks to a certain blond traveler you were now able to return home. Your friend Kazuha had asked Beidou if they could give you a ride back and that's how you ended up here.
"Look alive people! Were a few feet from shore!" Beidou called out. Filling with exhilaration you raced to the front of the ship, bouncing on your heels in excitement. You could feel Beidous eyes on you and hear her hardy laugh, but you were too happy to feel embarrassed about your child-like behavior. As soon as the ship was close enough you jumped over the side diving into the water and swimming to the sand. Upon your arrival on the land, you crawled out of the water turning to lay on your back and bask in the freedom that you were once again given. Hearing the same laugh as earlier you picked your head up to see Beidou and Kazuha standing a few feet away while the crew unloaded the ship.
"Someone's happy to be back." Beidou quipped.
"Well, you can't blame him. Unlike us, he has someone all the way across sea who's awaiting his return." Kazuha chimed, folding his arms. Turning your head back to the sky you watched as the fluffy white clouds blew by while brushing your hands threw the sand. It was nice to be back. Feeling the presents of Kazuha next to you, you looked over to see his outreached hand. Turning to your side you lifted yourself grabbing his hand with yours to aid you in standing. You chatted with Beidou and Kazuha until night came. Turning in, you rested for the long journey that would start tomorrow.
