He's just so perfect, how could you not like him?
You don't know where he came from but someone by the name of "The Doctor" came to Sumeru, living around the akademiya. Of course after some thorough digging, you found out a lot more. Like, his name is Dottore, he's from Snezhnaya, a part of the fatui, and he used to attend here under the name Zandik.
He's perfect in every way. Smart, good looking, dominant. He's a man who knows what he wants and will crush just about anyone and anything to get it and that's what you like about him. What's got you obsessed in the first place is because of what he's into. Machines. You yourself have had a bit of a fixation, an unhealthy one.
This isn't anything new, ever since you were a child you seemed to always have unhealthy fixations on things. You'd obsess and watch over them until it became boring and then you were on the search for a new one. And now with your love for machines bringing you dolutionally closer to this "stranger" you thought it couldn't get any better. But it did.
Your favorite part was always dissecting what ever you were obsessed with. You can't even remember how many frogs you cut and poked at when you were just about five. So when you found out that Dottore was really a cloned version, you wanted nothing more than to rip the artificial skin off his mechanical body and run your hands through the working gears.
To make everything worse your obsession has led to the abandonment of your parents and friends. They left you because of how you acted telling you it wasn't normal to hyper-fixate as much as you did. So after years you suppressed it. But now that he's around it's bubbling to the surface. It's an attachment.
Which now brings you conflicting choices. Do you want to keep him around and be close in the time he has or do you wanna destroy him and rip the geared body to bits? It's hard to decide when both issues are acting up.
You're also not as sneaky as you thought. Dottore noticed you more than half the time and as of late you just don't care anymore. Eyes continuing to bore into him. There's something about you being the way you are that brings him a sense of dark familiarity. He notices every little thing you do now because it's so out of pocket. He notices how you always seem to stare just a little too much, how something as simple as a pencil all the way to a piece of clothing will go missing, how he can always feel your eyes or your entire presence following him through the halls, and he always notices the terrible job you do at breaking into his room. You always leave the door unlocked.
Now he's wondering if you're gonna be an issue. The last thing he needs is a stalker with a mind of their own. But, his entire view point shifted when seeing you by chance in the mechanics class. Watching you build the most bizarre things and watching the horrified look on the teachers face. He's seen this too many times. And now he understands you're just like younger him. Building whatever masterpiece came to mind before having it called in and ruined by the teachers who found it dangerous
He never understood how people could think in such ways. And for once he doesn't have to because you think like him. You're seeing from his perspective in life. Now because he's noticed you a little more he's picked up on another habit. How you bump into him in what seemed between every class apologizing before smiling when he insults you for being clumsy. He can tell just by the looks in your eyes that you're primal. How you're keeping yourself at bay by taking his stuff.
Eventually, Dottore has a wonder he would normally have as a child. What if he let you do as you pleased? Allowed you to take apart his structure but promised to put it back together once you'd had your fill. Course this isn't for your entertainment it's for his. He wants to understand just how much you can relate to younger him.
So now his eyes watch as you look over every inch of his naked artificial body. Practically foaming at the mouth your hands are shaky as you touch him everywhere. Eventually, you can't hold yourself back anymore. Opening and tearing the fake skin to reveal moving and grinding gears. He could see the sparkles in your eyes and the way your entire body shook.
He indulged you, moving his arm, head, and legs so you could see how they moved and worked. You even took a few pieces out to study the structure. What impressed him was how well you already seemed to know some of the ancient pieces. How you were gentler with the older ones and how you purposefully avoided any of the vital pieces that helped and powered his cloned body. After you even sewed the skin back together. Smoothing out any rough patches and making it as seamless as it was before. Almost like you hadn't just torn him open.
He knew his mission was to bring back as much as he could to the original Dottore, but now, he might also have to bring you. You're too good of an item to leave at a cruel and suppressing place like the akademiya. You'd be useful, and a very quick learner.
