Hey guys! Hope you like this chapter!

    PIPER POV

I woke up, my head still pounding. What the hell just happened to me? Where the hell am I?

    I looked around.

I was in a comfortable bed, in what looked like a huge cottage based on the huge size of the room.

I sat up quickly. Too quickly. My head hurts like a thousand flies swarming inside of it. I touched my fingers to my head to ease the pain.

"ouch." Now it hurt even more.

" Uh, I don't think you should be touching your head much. And you probably should lie down." Someone said in a tone that said he didn't really care what I do.

I turned to who said this. It was a handsome guy, brown hair, grey eyes and a look that reminded me of an arrogant and stubborn person. He kind of reminds me of Jason. He was sitting by a big window in a cushion.

"Who are you and why'd you bring me here, you stupid idiot!" I shouted even though my head was still pounding.

He laughed." I'm sorry," He didn't sound sorry," I'm just really excited to be here in this wonderful island."

"That sounds a lot like sarcasm, whoever you are."

He laughed again. Ugh! He's really getting on my nerves. " Sorry."

    "You already said that."

"Okay, we're these aliens from Mars and we need you so that we can implant a thingie in your brain so you'll start acting like a robot."

" Just shut up and tell me why I'm here!" Tears started coming out of my eyes against my will. I couldn't stop them no matter how much I wanted to. I'm tired of Jason going off and playing football all the time, I'm tired being here, I'm tired of all the questions swarming inside of my head. I may be acting childish but at least I have a reason! I hate crying in front of people if it's not Jason. Annabeth worries too much and I think she'll freak out way too much! Thinking about Jason and the others made me cry even more.

I pulled my knees up, hugging them to my chest and berried my head in my arms.

A hand touched my head, gently stroking my hair." I'll explain it to you, but just stop crying please? I don't know what I'm supposed to do when girls do cry."

I wiped away my tears, got off the bed and went over to the window seat, sitting down. "I'm giving you five minutes to explain everything. Let's start by who you are."

He sighed." Jacob is my name. I'm a New Yorker. The New Yorkers' Captain. And I know that your Piper."

I stared at him incredulously."Why did you hit whatever you hit my head with?"

"Because we're testing Jason, testing him to see how he'll handle the person he loves in the world to get lost for a day or two."

"What!" He winced."That is the STUPIDEST idea I have ever heard of!"

Someone opened the door. "Who's shouting?"

At the door was a seventeen looking guy with cropped cut blond hair with dark eyes.

"Oh my gods!" I said in frustration. "Who are you?"

"The name's Ethan. Is your head okay? I think I may have hit it a bit too hard." He said this so casually as if its an everyday thing.

"I thought you guys were supposed to be good."

"We are!" Both Ethan and Jacob said at the same time.

    "Then why'd you kidnap me?"

"Okay, okay. I was joking about that plan thing. We're actually just curious as to what kind of person the famously secret Jason Grace is. In the New Yorker's football game, we do this as a tradition. It's kind of like a game we all football folk play before meeting each other."

"Alright, can I go home now?"

Ethan spoke up this time." Yeah, that's actually what came to tell you, Jacob. We have to leave now, we've just found out it's starting earlier than planned, so we have to start leaving now. And by now I mean right this minute."

"Okay can we just leave now? I can't wait to get back."

"Fine, let us go my lady." Jacob said.

"Strangely you and Jason are almost like twins in personality."

"Really? I'd like to think I have a more unique personality."

"Well, here's the real fact, buddy: you don't."

I met the other New Yorkers, each of them having different personalities. They weren't as bad as I first thought. A lot of them were really funny. But I really wanted to get to Jason.

I realized I'd spaced out because I almost hit a tree.

"Thinking about Jason? He's a nice fella" Jacob asked.

" Yeah, how would you know?"

"I've known him since we were kids."

    I stopped walking. "What?"

He kept walking and I paced to catch up with him. "You didn't know? Jason and I are brothers."

"Why do I get the felling your lying?"

    "Ha! 'Cause I am."

We finally reached the old gym. Most of the guys sat on the bleachers and talked.

Ethan was going to get Jason so they could get ready for the whole 2 am football game when I decided I'd had enough of all this. The sun was about to set.

I decided to be the one to get Jason and the other football team. I didn't care even if I wasn't able to go the guy's dorm room. I entered Jason and Percy's room without knocking. Luckily none of the other guys caught me or else I'd be in real trouble.

When I entered the room, I saw Jason, bleary eyed as if he hadn't slept for a while, looked up and almost hugged me to death.

"Where were you? Are you okay? Are you hurt?"

"Jason, I'm fine." I felt so happy to see Jason, I started crying again. Jason must have misunderstood it for something else.

He held my waist tightly with one hand while he was cupping my cheek with the other. "Piper? What's wrong?"

I shook my head. " I'm fine, I'll explain everything later, but the New Yorkers are waiting for you at the old gym. You and the other football t-"

Jason interrupted me, crushing his lips against mine. I wanted so badly to stay like this, but I knew we had to go now. I pulled away and explained everything in a rush. He got really mad at the New Yorkers calling them the most colorful names possible.

Annabeth and Percy also almost hugged me to death. Jason had a difficult time getting along with the New Yorkers at first but after a while he opened up to them.

This time, watching practice with Annabeth was actually fun.

The New Yorkers! What do you think? Jacob's a lot like Jason!
