So, according to what Maxwell told the principal, Mr.King took me outside for a plane experiment, and in an argument about who's plane was better, I threw a basketball at his head, and in pain, he retreated to his car.
So that was it. I was suspended, and never welcomed back to Southern Day. The only good thing about leaving was seeing my mom.
After I gathered all my things and said goodbye to my teachers, I met Harmony and Andy at the front of the school, to say my final goodbyes.
"I'll make sure to drop by your place soon," Harmony said
"You better." I smirked
Andy patted me on the back," see Ya around states."
I laughed at the nickname, which made Andy smile.
I hugged them both, and hopped in a cab to Long Island.

Something about my mom. My moms name is Anna Johnson, and she is the prettiest, nicest, person you will ever meet. She is my favorite person in the world. She raised me on her own after my father went on a journey and never came back. She worked two jobs to support the two of us, and to pay for our small condo.
As I walked into the house, I heard her say: "Who is it?"
I yelled back: "It's your daughter!"
Then, I heard a CLINK as she set down a dish, and came running out, tackling me in a bear hug.
"Hey mom!" I laughed.
"Oh my gosh, Atlanta! I missed you so much!" My mother cried happily.
"I missed you too Mom," I said quietly
Her dark, short hair smelled like a gentle sea breeze, it had always smelled like that. I missed that about her.
When she pulled away, I could tell in her eyes that she was worried. She pulled me to our table and we sat down.
"Why are you home so early?" She asked. "I thought school didn't end till next month."
I bit my lip softly, not sure how to explain. I stammered for a while, then said: "I kinda got suspended."
I explained how, and when I got to the part about Mr.King and Maxwell, her eyes widened. But she tried to cover it.
"Well, at least your home. Lets go get some doughnuts." She said
Even I couldn't say no to that.

As we drove into town I was telling my mom about Harmony and Andy. And when we walked into the doughnut shop, guess who was there?
I whacked my mom on the shoulder. "That's them!" I exclaimed.
At the sound of my voice they turned around, they both yelled: "Atlanta!" And came barreling toward me.
"Hey guys!" I laughed as they tackled me into a group hug.
"We were just coming to see you!" Harmony yelled
"Well then, why don't you join us?" My mother asked.
After we got our doughnuts and drinks, we sat down at a table. While we were eating, this lady behind the counter was staring at us.
My mom must of saw her staring, because she said: "Kids, get in the car, all of you."
As if on cue, the lady behind the counter, jumped at us, with fangs and talons.
"Go! Now!" My mother screamed.
We ran out the shop and jumped into the car. As my mom started it up, the flying lady swiftly ran out the shop.
"Ms. Johnson what is that thing?!" Andy exclaimed
"Don't worry about it!" She said hurriedly as she threw something into the shop.
"Mom what did you-"
Suddenly, a big BOOM sounded behind us, with a following wail from the monster.
"Ms.Johnson that was awesome!"
"It didn't kill her, nothing will," She explained.
"What?" Andy yelled
The screaming got closer in the darkness, and my mom took a deep breath.
"Kids, I'm taking you to a special camp, but I cannot go there, but all three of you will be safe there." She said worriedly
"But mom! We can't just leave you!" I pouted.
"Atlanta, you have too, I'm just a regular mortal, and I can't cross the boarders" she said sadly.
"But Ms.Johnson, aren't we regular mortals?" Harmony asked.
"No kids your not, your special "
"Mom we just can't leave you!" I said angrily.
"Atlanta I'll be fine, come on we are almost there."
A roar erupted behind, and the car jerked to a stop.
"Kids, get out and get running until you get past that pine tree, you'll be fine after that."
Harmony and Andy jumped out and ran up the steep hill towards the pine tree. Before I got out, I gave my mom a hug, and said tenderly: " We'll be fine, I promise." Then I hopped out and she drove away.
As I was jogging up the hill, a roar came up behind me, and I don't know how, but päïn shot up my leg and I fell.
"Atlanta!" I heard Harmony and Andy scream. Soon they were next to me, and they grabbed my arm and pulled me up. Before they whisked me away, I pulled away, and threw my dagger at this monster. It hit its chest, and it dissolved.
We kept running until we came to a deck and fell onto it from exhaustion.
Then, we fell asleep
