I dreamt that I was in a cave with no doors, just a large skylight.
I looked around the room. Where was I? It had to be a dream. I wasn't in my blue long-sleeved shirt, Jeans and green vans anymore. I was in a long flowing dark blue Greek chiton with light blue gladiator sandals with a shimmery laurel in my hair.
Okay. I thought. This has gotta be important for me to look this good.
I walked in circles around the room, my hand skidding across the stone walls.
I stopped under the skylight and stared into. It had to be right under the sun for it to be that bright.
Suddenly, a face of some kind of animal appeared in the window, making it pitch black. I gasped and sat down on the ground.
Well. I thought. This is creepy.
The room was suddenly filled with a bright light, and I turned away. The light was to bright to be a normal light.
When the light died down, an image stood floating in front of me. I knew it was a god. It had to be.
I didn't know what to do, so I just bowed respectfully.
I heard a chuckle, then a voice: "Rise, child. I commend you for being respectful, but no need to bow."
I rose, and standing before me, was a tall hologram of a man, with a bow slumped onto his back, but no quiver.
I was to stunned to say anything, and now that there was a god standing before me, I didn't wanna make a total fool of myself.
The god smiled. "Do you have any idea who I am child?"
"N.. no sir." I stammered stupidly.
"I figured. I am the father of your best friend." he said.
My back straightened, "Apollo?"
"Yes Atlanta. And I understand you are doing my quest?"
"Your the one who lost the arrows?"
"Yes, an unfortunate thing. But also I'm glad I did. I want to see if Harmony is worthy enough for my request."
"Request? What request?"
"I cannot say child, knowledge is good for no demigod."
"But..." I began, "What did you need me for?"
"I reached out to you because I want to ask a favor of you." Apollo said.
I nodded, "I'm listening."
"When you find my arrows, I want you to give them to Harmony, tell her they are mine, and have her return them to me. It will prove that she is the one for my request." Apollo told me. "And it is very important that you don't tell Harmony this. And don't tell anyone else unless it's absolutely necessary."
"Yes sir, I understand."
"Do you have any questions Atlanta?"
I thought about that for a second. I had millions of questions, but I figured they would be answered. But I had two serious questions.
"How will I know where the arrows are? And how will I know I'm not leading them to their deaths?" I asked.
"The arrows are in your terrain, you will sense their magic. And you can't expect the quest to be completely safe. Everything a demigod does is dangerous." he explained. "You understand?"
I nodded "Yes sir. You explained well."
Apollo smiled. "Good. I am done with you for now. And I will tell your father how amazing you are."
I stood up stiffly, "My father?"
"Well of course." Apollo said in a terrible French accent, then he returned to his normal voice, "I have a very good friendship with your father."
"D...D... Did you think well of me?" I stammered.
Apollo lay a hand on my shoulder, and spoke very clearly: "Yes Atlanta, I think very highly of you. You have great courage and strength. Your father will be proud."
I stood proudly, and looked at him, "Can you tell him I said hi?"
Apollo chuckled. "Of course Atlanta."
He waved, and faded away. The room became pitch black again, and I woke up.

When I woke up, I shot up into a sitting position. It was still pretty dark, and the fire was still slightly smoldering. I heard the sound of the waves and immediately calmed down. The ocean made me feel that way.
I stood up and walked towards the water and sat at the very beginning of the tide, and felt the cold water splash against my legs as I thought about my dream. I couldn't believe what had just happened. I was thinking about my dream for so long I didn't notice Drake come and sit next to me.
I jumped slightly, then noticed it was just him. "Oh, it's just you." I laughed.
"Sorry, didn't mean to scare you." He said
"It's okay, I'm just thinking."
"You had a dream didn't you?"
I nodded, "A dream message."
Drake paled, "From who?"
"Apollo, Harmony's father."
"Was it good or bad?"
"It was good, he just wanted to talk to me."
"About?"
I shook my head. I remembered I couldn't tell him, it wasn't an emergency.
Drake looked hurt, and it made me feel bad.
I looked down at my hands, "Sorry," I murmured.
"No, no, it's fine Atlanta." Drake said as he wrapped his arm around my neck and draped it lazily on my left shoulder. "I just thought something bad happened in your dream when you shot up like that, and-"
"Wait, you were awake?" I interrupted.
He nodded, "I couldn't sleep, because...." His voice trailed off, and he began again, "Anyways, I was worried, I just wanted to know if something bad happened."
"Nothing bad happened in my dream. I would tell you what it was about, but I cant unless it's absolutely necessary, otherwise you would be the first to know."
"What about Harmony? Can you tell her?"
"Nope, she has to do something important and If I tell her it would put pressure on her. I don't wanna do that."
"Good choice, I wouldn't wanna do that either."
I sighed, and didn't talk for awhile, then said quietly, "We have so much to search."
Drake looked directly at me, and said: "I know, but luckily we have you Atlanta. We will do it, we will find the arrows, and make everybody happy."
I looked at my crossed hands, "Hopefully." I said."
I scooted more towards the water and laid my head on Drake's arm, staring at my hands. He moved his hand and laid it on my shoulder. I sighed calmly. I felt so safe with my friends, and near the ocean. I felt like nothing bad could happen, even though it wasn't true.
I felt ready to begin searching. We needed to prove that Harmony was worthy of the request, whatever it was.
We had started, and we were going to finish.

Hey guys! Sorry for the late update, I just got back from camp a couple days ago, but now they will be regular updates. And telling you guys now it might not seem like a total fanfic of PJO yet, but the characters from them will come in later, and I don't own this idea or the characters of PJO.

Thanks!
