Harper knew how she and Tom were barley talking. She knew how it was all down to what she had said to Eleanor. She hated the other woman with a passion.

She hated how she was coming in between her and Tom. Their relationship was strained. She felt like it was pointless to keep fighting for them.

She knew she wanted the family for her daughter. But she felt like she couldn't do it much longer. She felt like Tom was keeping too many secrets from her. Secrets she didn't think she was going to like.

Harper knew how Max had said that he wasn't cheating on her. But she couldn't help but think that it was something much worse.

All she knew was that everything was going to change. And she wasn't sure she was ready for it.

When she woke that morning, she saw Tom walking in. Sofia in his arms. He looked to her. "You okay?" He asked.

Harper nodded. She sighed. "Yeah. I'm good. Look, what's going on with us? It's not the same as it used to be. I'm just thinking there's something going on."

Tom sat on the bed. He looked to her. "You and I. We're okay. I've got some stuff going on. But I love you. And it's going to be okay," he told her.

Harper sighed as she looked to him. She couldn't help but feel like too much was going on. And she didn't know how much she could cope with.

The two of them went into work. Harper watched as Tom walked off. He had offered to take Sofia to crèche.

Harper smiled as Madison walked over to her. "What's happened?" She asked.

"Tom. He said he's got a lot on his mind. I don't know. Part of me feels like he's keeping something big from me. I just... I don't know what more I can do. I've tried to talk to him. But it's not... it doesn't feel the same as it used to be."

Madison smiled. "Listen. I'll have Sofia tonight.  You talk to Tom."

"Are you sure?"

Madison nodded and smiled. "Yes. I've been wanting a play date with her. And Emilie wants her there too."

Harper smiled and nodded. "Thanks Mads. It means a lot to me. I just... I feel like there's too much that's happened. And I just need answers from him," she said.

"Get the answers you deserve then babes. Don't take any crap from him," Madison told her.

Harper was sitting in her classroom. She sighed as Eleanor walked in. "What do you want?" She asked as she looked to her.

"I've spoken to Max Tyler. And he says you are in the wrong for how you've been talking to me," Eleanor said.

Harper rolled her eyes. She smirked. "Max is my friend. So I doubt he would say that. You're just a manipulative liar. No one wants you here. So bye bye," she told her.

Eleanor glared. She looked to her. "You're a pathetic excuse for a teacher. Oh. Tom was with me last night. We were at the pub. And then we kissed."

Harper looked to her in shock. But was she telling the truth about it? Or was this a lie to mess with her head?
