Harper sighed to herself as she ran her hands through her hair and sighed. She couldn't sleep. All that she could think over was Ali and what had happened to her and how she was abused by her stepfather and it brought back bad memories for her. She ran her hands through her hair and sighed as Tom walked in and smiled. He could tell that she wasn't herself and that she had been off for a few days and he was worried. He placed a hand on her shoulder causing her to jump as he looked to her and smiled "are you okay, your not yourself and I am worried. You know that you can talk to me" he said as she looked to him and smiled "I'm fine, I'm just tried. I've been up with Sofia for half of the night" she said as he looked to her and smiled. He could tell that there was something up with her and that the last thing that she wanted to talk about it

"I know that a lot is going on but I am here for you no matter what. I swear I am going no where. Don't push me away" he said as she looked to him and smiled as he pulled her into a hug and smiled. Harper smiled to herself as she fought back the tears. She was scared and knew she needed to open up with tom but she wasn't prepared to open up yet "I'm sorry my head is just a mess" she said as he smiled "I know but it's okay. I swear it's all going to be okay. No matter what is going on with you I am here for you and I love you" tom said as Harper smiled "I love you too" she said as he kissed her forehead and held her close

Harper got to work and walked into toms classroom and frowned. He was down and she was worried. She walked over to him and placed a hand on his shoulder and smiled "are you okay" she asked as he looked to her and smiled slightly "no, it's Sambuca. She has a brain tumour" Tom said as Harper looked to him and frowned. She was in shock and she couldn't believe it. She pulled Tom into a hug and smiled "I'm so sorry" she said as she held him close. She knew tom saw Sam as a daughter and that it was breaking his heart. She knew he would want to do all that he could to help her and Harper wanted to try and be there for him if she could

Madison looked to her best friend and frowned as she looked to her and smiled "I know that you have been off for a few days are you okay" "not really, everything that happened with Ali and what happened it's brought back things" "what things?" Madison asked as Harper sighed "I was abused by my stepfather too but I never said anything" Harper said as Madison looked to her best friend and frowned as she pulled her into a hug knowing Harper was still hiding from her past
