CUT TO: DOWNTOWN DISTRICT
INT. LIBRARY - AFTERNOON
DRAY SITS AT THE DESK CHECKING IN BOOKS. IN SUCCESSION DRAY FINDS A BOOK THAT HAS THE PAGES FALLING OUT OF IT, A BOOK THAT HAS WRITING IN IT, AND A BOOK THAT HAS SOME OF THE PAGES STUCK TOGETHER.
[Dray]
(Thinking)
Dude, what are people doing to these books? All you have to do is look at the pages and turn 'em. I don't even want to know what's up with this last book. Susan is going to have a field day with these.
A WOMAN WALKS INTO THE DEPARTMENT WITH HER DAUGHTER IN A STROLLER AND APPROACHES THE DESK.
[Dray]
Hello, how's it going? Is there anything that I can help you with today?
[Woman#1]
No, not right now. We're just taking a break from the outside. We're going to go birdwatching in a little bit.
[Dray]
Gotcha. Well, feel free to hang out.
[Woman#1]
Thank you so much. Such a kind young man. Babe, do you want to color?
[Young Girl#1]
Yeah. Gabriel Tiger.
[Woman#1]
Okay, let's see what they've got over here.
DRAY GOES BACK TO INSPECTING THE BOOKS AND A FEW SECONDS LATER WOMAN#1 APPROACHES THE DESK WITH A COLORING SHEET.
[Woman#1]
What is this?
[Dray]
Oh, that's Captin Turbine. It's a popular kid's TV show.
WOMAN#1 LOOKS AT THE COLORING SHEET AND THEN BACK TO DRAY.
[Woman#1]
You let kids see this?
[Dray]
What's the matter with it?
[Woman#1]
This isn't for children.
[Dray]
Um, actually it's specifically for children.
WOMAN#1 LAYS THE SHEET OF PAPER DOWN ON THE DESK, WALKS BACK OVER TO THE PROVIDED STACK OF COLORING SHEETS, AND BEGINS TO CRUMBLE THE COLORING PAGES THAT HAVE CAPTAIN TURBINE ON THEM. DRAY WHO WAS BEGINNING TO CHECK IN MORE BOOKS LOOKS BACK AT WOMAN#1 WITH AN INCREDIOULOUS EXPRESSION.
[Dray]
Excuse me, you can't do that.
[Woman#1]
These are not for children. No one should allow children to see these.
WOMAN#1 CRUMBLES UP ONE OF THE COLOR PAGES AND THROWS IT AT DRAY.
[Dray]
Hey!
WOMAN#1 CONTINUES TO TAKE OUT THE PAGES WITH CAPTAIN TURBINE AND CINDI WALKS INTO THE DEPARTMENT TO SEE THE SITUATION.
[Cindy]
What's going on?
[Dray]
She doesn't like Captain Turbine apparently. She also through this at me.
[Cindy]
Okay. Excuse me, miss.
WOMAN#1 LOOKS UP AT CINDY.
