Who is the best in English?

(This is all based on my knowledge. I'm not bashing any members so don't kill me.)

From Best to worst.

Rap Monster - Of course he is the best in English. He studied the American language.

JHope - I actually couldn't decide for this one. Jin can speak English nicely but I don't think he knows many words. JHope seems to know many words. He may have an accent but he is still good with his sentences.

Jimin - I think Jimin can be the 3rd best. I've watched the episodes of ASC where he can write in American alphabet. I've also seen him write like this in other videos. When he speaks English it seems as if he learned from a book.

V - V likes to try and speak in English. He tries to put his words together but it still comes out as broken. I can say his English skills are still good, though.

Jin - As I said. How he says things makes him sound as like he is fluent in English. He can correct the others. But still, I don't think his vocabulary is super wide.

Jungkook - He knows basic English. He can sound fluent with small mistakes here and there when he sings in English.

Suga - All I can say is..... Infires, Mehn.
