So, this is some serious shit.
After the Red Bullet Interview, The hashtag #FansNamjoonCantSee was blowing up on twitter. During the interview, Namjoon was asked what he thought of V and J-Hope when he first saw them. Namjoon said that they were "too black" and he couldn't see them. This could've actually been wrong translation. This was supposed to only be a joke. He meant it like they were darker and tanner skinned or he could've meant it as what color clothing they were wearing. It was only an accidental and wrong use of words. Some fans were offended and started the hashtag posting pictures of themselves, some covering their faces in flour or powders. Some were sending threats and saying that he should leave BTS or that he should die. Also, when I searched Namjoon, the top results were "Namjoon racist" and "Namjoon black." The fans are being highly immature. I, personally, am actually a bit darker than V and J-Hope due to the lack of sunscreen I used when I was younger. But seriously, Namjoon is only human and humans make mistakes sometimes. Even these idols.
As result other fans have started, #NamjoonProtectionSquad and #NamjoonIsHuman.
If I could I will fucking fight all of the people who send those damn threats and shit to Namjoon. He doesn't deserve that. Some of these fans are calling him racist but have you forgotten most of his favorite artists are dark-skinned and he likes some of the culture of other places? Seriously. I'm fucking laughing at you if you think he should die or go to hell when he made a mistake when you have said things worse than that and you mean it all in all.
