???: Almost... Done with editing.... Pulling that all nighter is going to be worth it!

The squid said, as he's typing and clicking on his computer. Next to him is empty cans of energy drinks and crumbled up used tissues. As he's putting the finishing touches on his editing, the door in his room opened.

???: (Y/N)? You awake? You should open up the curtains!

Before he knew it, the curtains get opened and the light blinds the squid on the computer.

(Y/N): IT BURNS! IT FUCKING BURNS!!!

He fell of his chair and covered his eyes from the blinding sunlight.

???: That's much better! I can see your.... Messy room.

(Y/N): Have you heard of knocking before going into a room!?

???: Sorry about that, but today is a special day for you!

(Y/N): .... What is it, dad?

(D/N): You're quitting your YouTube channel and getting a real job!

(Y/N): Aw c'mon! That's not cool!

He leaves and (Y/N) go back to his computer and finished the editing. Once he uploads the video, he goes and changed his clothes and put on some shoes, used the bathroom and replaced his eye contacts. Now looking like a normal Inkling, he goes back to his room, get his phone and earphones and wallet, then open the window. He exists out and walked down the fire escape all the way to the bottom. There, he gets a bike from the alley and get on it. Going through his playlist, he finds the right music and used that to get him pumped up and rode the bike down the sidewalk. Passing by other people and avoiding any obstacles that'll get in the way. Reaching the hub area of Splatsville, (Y/N) got off his bike and chained the bike on the bike rack. Turning off the music, (Y/N) looked around, checking out the shops and most of them have 'help wanted' signs. He goes to the first shop, Crush Station. (Y/N) approached the owner of the shop.

(Y/N): Hey are you guys hiring?

???: We was... But-

Then Octoling came up.

Octoling: Sorry to interrupt Mr. Coco, but the shipments from Port Mackerel have arrived.

Mr. Coco: Oh thanks! Sorry, we already have employees. But thanks for reminding me to take down that help wanted sign, don't want to confuse anyone.

Leaving the shoe shop, (Y/N) tried another shop, Ammo Knights. Going inside, he sees someone on the counter writing a blueprint.
