"Many of you have wondered why I'm summoned you this evening," Snape spoke out over the crowd of students that were spread out for their Houses, "It has come to my attention that earlier this evening Harry Potter was sighted."

The crowds began mumbling to themselves about it.

"Now," Snape spoke out, silencing everyone, "Should anyone attempt to aid Mr. Potter They will be punished in a manner consistent with the severity of their transgression. Furthermore, any person found to have knowledge of these events who fails to come forward will be treated as equally guilty. However, anyone who has knowledge, I invite them to step forward."

Without wasting a moment, Harry Potter walked from the Gryffindor group and came face to face with Snape. Everyone (almost everyone) gasped and began mumbling from the sight of him standing in the midst of them.

"It seems despite your exhaustive defensive strategies, we still have a bit of a security problem." Harry told him just as the door to the Great Hall opened to reveal the Order Members including Hermione, Ron, Scabior and Fenrir came walking up towards them.

"How dare you stand where he stood? Tell them how it happened that night. Tell them how you looked him in the eye, a man who trusted you, and kill him!" Harry screamed at him. Snape pulled out his wand ready to strike when McGonagall came rushing in front of Harry. There was a small battle between the two, the Carrows were both knocked out, before Snape flew out the window. Everyone began clapping and cheering McGonagall on until the mood shifted completely and then...

"I know that many of you want to fight... some of you may even think that divide is why but this is a folly... give me harry potter do this and none shall be harmed... you give me Harry Potter and I will leave Hogwarts alone... give me Harry Potter and you shall be rewarded... you have one hour..." Voldemort threatened them. Suddenly everyone turned their attention directly towards Harry.

"What are you waiting for? Someone grab him!" Pansy suddenly shouted from the Slytherin Group. No one moved a muscle. Then people began to gasp as they watched Fenrir make his way in front of Harry, his eyes glued right on Pansy. Then one by one people of the order and others from the Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, and a few first and second year Slytherins. Quickly everyone's attention shifted when they could hear Filch's voice echoing from the hallway.

"STUDENTS OUT OF BED! STUDENTS IN THE CORRIDOR!" Filch screamed while he came rushing into the Great Hall.

"They're supposed to be out of bed, you blithering idiot!" McGonagall screamed at him.

"Oh--" Filch mumbled, "Sorry ma'am."

"As it happens Mr. Filch, your arrival is most opportune. If you would, I would like you to take the Slytherin as well as all the first and second years with you to the exist so they can be safe in Hogsmeade." McGongall ordered them. Filch didn't waste a minute as he lead the kids out of the Great Hall and towards the secret passage. Quickly, everyone began to head their ways. Some getting the castle ready for battle; most of them began searching the castle for Ravenclaw's Diadem. Hermione and Scabior proceeded to make thier way down to the Chamber of Secrets where they were going to retrieve not only basilisk fangs but also to destroy Hufflepuff's cup. It didn't take them long before they were taking numerous fangs from the jaw of the basilisk before Scabior turned to Hermione and handed her one of its fangs and the cup.

"You do it." he told her.

"Me?" She asked.

"Yeah, you've been through the most with this guy. I figure you would like a jab at him." Scabior explained to her with a light smile beaming across his face. Hermione couldn't help the grin crawling up her lips as she fumbled with putting the cup on the ground then took hold of the basilisk's fang before slamming the tip against the metal. The cup flew across the floor as suddenly the water began to rise around them.

"RUN!" Scabior screamed as he grabbed her hand. They rushed down the hallway, trying to outrun the water. However, it was fast enough that it collapse on top of them. Hermione felt Scabior wrap himself around her as the freezing water drenched them completely. Once the water vanished from around them, they gasped for air before gazing at each other. Hermione could feel the coldness in her cheeks begin to vanish with the heat of her blush burning across them.

The sight of Scabior's hair soaked to the point it was dangling like tendrils around his eyes somehow made him seem even more handsome than before. He brushed some of the locks from his eyes before he suddenly leaned down and latched his kiss onto her lips. Hermione's hands shot up into his hair as she felt his wrapping around her waist. As quickly as the kiss began, they broke it as they were again gasping for air. Scabior pressed his forehead on top of hers; the two of them stood there, panting against each other as their eyes were locked onto the other's. Scabior pulled away from Hermione as he pulled out his wand and held it up in front of his face.

"Okay, 'Mione, lets end this war."
