"Your hands are scarred with murder, and yet, I trust them completely."

"No effin' way." Van said wide eyed as we both stared at the sleek black car parked in front of our school, and then the man leaning on it with his arms crossed over his chest.
"Why is he here?" Van nudged me with her elbow as I tore my gaze from his handsome face and looked at her confused.
"I honestly have no idea. Maybe to pick Juno up?" I asked confused but she shook her head.
"Juno's not here today, she'll come tomorrow." Van told me as we returned our gaze to the handsome man, his words from yesterday ringing in my mind as I felt my cheeks heat up.
"Call me Eros, darling."
I had told Vanessa everything after the Ricci's had left and to say she was shocked would be an understatement. Both of us talked for hours, mostly about the bomb that had been so graciously blown on me.
"Is he waiting for someone?" I asked Van who shrugged.
"Maybe. You should go to him." She said turning to face me.
"Me? Why?" I asked her baffled.
"You can ask him why he's here. Maybe he'll tell you." She said and I sighed.
"Or maybe, he'll shoo me off or reject me like he did all the girls since the past fifteen minutes." I said, watching another group of three girls approach him.
They said something, but he ignored them completely, my heart beating wildly in my chest because he had seen me and was looking directly into my eyes.
Shit.
"He's staring at you." Vanessa told me and I nodded absent minded, lost in a daze when I saw his lips twitch slightly, amusement clear on his face while I contemplated whether or not I should approach him.
"Go." Van pushed me a little and I glared at her but she rolled her eyes at me. I turned back to face him and was shocked when I found him walking towards me, stopping just a few inches from me.
"H-hi." I whispered, feeling his intense hawk like gaze on my face before he nodded once.
"Are you here to pick someone or...?" I trailed off, looking around us and noticing the three girls glaring at me.
I sighed unconsciously when I recognized them as the three bitches from this school, as Vanessa and Noah called them.
"I came for you." He said, making my eyes snap to his as a frown took over my face in utter confusion.
Me?
"W-what?" I asked stupidly to which he chuckled, the deep sound nearly making me shudder at how sexy it was.
God what is wrong with me?!
"I came to pick you up, darling." He said, but my curiosity was still not satisfied.
"Oh. Why?" I asked biting my lip and saw his eyes momentarily glance at my lips before looking at me again.
"Your father said so since there was a problem at your home." He sated and I nodded, feeling very conscious of myself under his gaze.
"Okay." I said slowly when he held his hand out to me. I looked at it reluctantly before putting my own in his and holding it, his grip firm yet gentle.
"You leaving Em?" Van asked a few feet behind me. I turned around and nodded, telling her I'd call her in a while.
She waved me goodbye and I did the same before Eros led me to his car, still holding onto my hand and helped me settle in.
