Nodding satisfied in the mirror, I picked up my bag and put my essentials in it before going downstairs.

Eros was standing down, waiting for me with his hands in his pockets. When he heard the sound of my heels, he looked up, his gaze on me lingering for longer than necessary before he cleared his throat.
"You look beautiful." He said grabbing my hand. I smiled shyly, my face red as I took in his formal black suit.
"You look really handsome too." I commented and saw his smirk as he pulled me with him.
"Thank you darling." He muttered, placing a kiss on my forehead before we left for the gallery.
It took us nearly half an hour to reach the gallery. Getting out, I led Eros to the place where all the guests would wait.
"I have a surprise for you." I said a little shyly, looking at the ground before raising my gaze to his.
"Oh?" He inquired raising a dark brow when I nodded.
"But it'll be revealed in a while. I don't know if you'll like it or not but I really hope you do." I said wringing my hands together nervously when he smiled in the briefest at me.
Pretty.
"I'm sure I'll love it." He said, easing my nerves as I released a breath.
"Okay. I have to go back to see if everything's done properly." I said and he nodded, stuffing his hands in his pockets as I made my way into the gallery, stopping in the middle as I looked around.
Perfect.
Smiling, the gallery manager, Julie, came over to me and hugged me tight, congratulating me and complimenting my work.
I thanked her as we walked towards the entrance. I peeked through the curtains and saw Eros talking to Arturo and Juno.
My family was also there, talking to Alessio and so were the Elordi's along with lots of other people Hunter had invited due to his contacts, and I knew all of them were very important people.
There was also a lot of media taking photos of the famous people who sipped on champagne and waited patiently for the curtains to open.
I also saw many guards, most of which I recognised as Eros'. I noticed people were looking at him and whispering to each other. It was like he demanded attention wherever he went without doing anything.
Taking a deep breath, I felt Julie put her hand on my shoulder and give me a reassuring smile before she slipped through the gap between the curtains.
She said a few words and when she announced my name, I put a smile on my face and went to stand beside her.
"Thank you, everyone, for joining us today for my exhibition. I hope you'll enjoy your time and donate generously." I said with as much confidence I could muster as everyone's eyes looked at me, but only one burning stare stood out from all of them.
