Andi's House
Fatima and Lori arrived at Andi's house around 7:00 pm. Lori brought some wings and ice cream over.
"Hey, Chicas!! Lori comes in dancing and singing. "We haven't had a girl's night-in since forever."
"I know. I miss our girl's nights," says Fatima.
"Did you ladies want any wine?"
"Yes," They both say in unison.
The girls are sitting around the kitchen island with some wings and wine, laughing and talking.
"So, your girl finally found a house. It is about 10 minutes from the firm. It has enough space for Madea if she ever decides to move in. I just have to go through the process." Fatima tells the girls.
Clink, clink. The girls tap their wine glasses.
"So, what else was it you wanted to tell me?" Asked Andi.
Fatima nervously smiles. "Zac and I had sex in the new house."
"During the open house?" asked Lori. "Ya'll freaky!
They all laugh.
"The D must be good," Andi says.
"It's good," says Fatima.
"So, what you'll do warm up the house or something." Andi laughs.
"Naw they Christened it." laughs Lor.
"Ya'll stupid. What's going on with you and Jake, Andi."
"Oh, we are doing good. I like him. Maybe, you, Jake, and Zac could double date.
"I guess, I am up for that."
"Lor!" Fatima and Andi call out.
"Lor what?"
"What's been going on with you?"
"Same o same o."
"You still with grandpa?" asks Fatima.
"He is just a few years older than me."
Lori has been seeing a wealthy 30-year-older guy for a few months. She met him at the airport. They talked about traveling, music, and dancing. Since then, he has gifted her with plane tickets to LA, Dubai, and Vegas. Last week he bought her a few high-brand purses. He also asked her to accompany him to a banquet.
"I told him that I wanted to take my girls on a trip with me. He said he'll make it happen."
"Sounds like you need to keep him." Says Andi.
"Did I tell you he gave me $1000 to pay some bills with?"
"And you haven't given him any yet? Be careful," says Fatima.
"I haven't. Look he said he has all this money and no one to spend it on."
"OK girl, just be careful. Fatima reminds her.
