It has been a month since Fatima found her new home. She has been working on all the details with Zac and will be closing on her new home in a week.

Zac offered to help Fatima pack and move.

"Thank you for helping me pack," says Fatima.

"No problem. Zac responded. "I'm getting hungry. Do you want to stop and get a bite to eat?"

"Umm can you go pick us up something? I want to hurry up and finish packing this stuff in this room."

"Sure. What do you want?"

"Chinese food. It's one right up the street. Let me write down what I want."

"Alright, I will be right back." Zac leaves to go get the food.

Twenty minutes later he returns.

"Hey babe, I'm back!" Zac yells upstairs. "FATIMA!"

"OK. I'm coming."

Zac likes Fatima. He hasn't liked a lady this much since his high school sweetheart. Even though it has been a struggle getting Fatima to open up, it is all worth it.

Fatima comes into the kitchen where Zac is.

"You ain't gone try and ghost a brother after you get settled in, are you?"

"No Zachary. Not unless you give me a reason too." jokes Fatima.

"Alright now. You know I know where you live."

Zac's phone rings. He sees who it is.

"Give me a second." He takes the call in the other room.

"Everything good?" asks Fatima.

"Yes. Just some things I need to handle at the office. Is it ok if I come by Friday, you know to finish helping you?"

"I will hold you to that." Before Zac leaves, he goes over to kiss Fatima on the cheek.

A Week Later

It is closing day. She meets with the closing agent and sign the paperwork. After she is done, she calls Madea.

"Hey Madea," says Fatima.

"Hey, Baby."

"Guest what? I just closed on my new home!" Fatima says excitedly.

"Congratulations. When will I get to come and see it?"

"Tomorrow. I will pick you up."

"Ok. I got to get you a gift. You got a register?" ask Madea.

"A register? Grandma, you mean a registry?"

"You know what I meant. Come pick me up around 2 tomorrow."

"Ok. I will see you then, Love you."

"Love you, too.

I bought a house. I bought a house. Fatima says singing to herself.

The Next Morning

Zac was coming over to continue to help Fatima move. She invited him to come over a little earlier for breakfast. She made omelets, French toast, bacon, sausage, and grits.

There is a knock at the door. It's Zac.

"Good morning. Thanks for coming over so early." Fatima greets Zac.

"When you said you were cooking, I hurried up and came over."

Fatima laughs.

"It smells good in here," Zac says.

She makes him a plate. After they finish eating, they start moving boxes. Zac grabs the biggest box, trying to show off.

"That box is light." Fatima laughs. "Oh yeah, Andi and Jake are supposed to be here within an hour to help. So don't try to lift all the heavy stuff by yourself."

They get all the small boxes and put them in Fatima's car. By that time Andi and Jake show up.

"Hey, thanks for coming. Zac is upstairs if you want to see him, Jake." Says Fatima.

Andi smiles, "I see y'all have been spending a lot of time together."

"Whatever. He has been a big help."

"In which way?" Andi smirks.

"Not like that A."

The guys come down with the day bed. Zac is shirtless.

Fatima is admiring his muscles and abs.

"Girl, Fatima! Snap out of it." Andi snaps her fingers to get Fatima out of her daze.

"What? I was thinking about something."

"Yeah right, you were thinking about sexing Zac."

Both girls laugh.

After a couple of hours of moving, they decide to call it quits.

"Do you'll want to go out tonight? We can invite Lori and her old man." Andi asked Fatima.

"Yeah, let me go pick up Madea. I promised her she could come to see the house today," says Fatima.

"That's cool. I wanted to go to Club Eden, so not until about 9."

"Ok, that's cool with me. Call Lori and ask her."

The guys come into the living room with the ladies.

"What you two discussing?" asked Jake."

"Andi wants to do to Club Eden. Are you two down?"

"I'm in," says Jake.

"Me too," says Zac.

"Alright 9 it is," says Andi.

They all leave the house, go their separate ways, and get ready to meet up later.
