"The demands are increasing; more clients are coming, and we need to expand more specifically in North America. We have Europe and Asia; we need to expand in America." Jillian said she's the chief of sales and marketing.
"We know Jill; it's just that we don't have enough clients or connection to expand there or supply a demand. What do we have there, like three clients? We need more!" Harry, he's the chief of the finance department.
"I know where Jillian is coming from; we have a stable clients, with an S, here in Asia and Europe, but where do we lack? We lack clients in the US or US territories." George, Chief of Risk Management team.
"Those clients are enough to sustain this company for, I don't know, 50 to 70 years? Clients from Asia and Europe are enough, and just to knock some senses to you guys our clients are from the governments! Okay, some of them are private entities, but most of them are from the government." Harry.
"We don't need to be at each other's throats; okay, we heard you; we know what you mean or where you guys are coming from. I've also been thinking of expanding and looking for clients there in the US, and we also need at least five or more clients to supply in the US. We can't risk opening a branch in the US or giving a supply to only 3 clients; we cannot do that; that's too much of a risk. If you really want this to happen, we need at least five or more clients. Expanding our business in the US is one of my goal" Calvin. The Chairman and CEO.
Everyone nodded at Calvin's remark.
"I am looking for more potential clients, and every department, I need you to do your jobs, and I'll do mine. In our second quarter meeting, I need you to present me with more advanced and upgraded devices that we can present to our clients and that they can use. I need more people working. I don't want you guys to be complacent about what we have; we need to be innovative; we need to expand and conquer this line of business with our name." Calvin added.
They all smiled, picturing their chairman's plan in mind.
They have a branch/office in the US, but it's not yet that big compared to their sites in Europe and Asia.
That's why they are planning on expanding into the US territories.
They discussed some of the points that need to be taken care of in their company, more specifically in the Philippines' branch.
After two hours of meeting.
"Finally, natapos din." Saad ni Kim, secretary ni Calvin.

"Yes boss?" humarap si Kim kay Calvin habang hawak ang laptop at ibang folders. Wala ng ibang tao sa executive room, silang dalawa nalang.
"You are not allowed to go into my house anymore; you disrespected my privacy and exceeded your boundaries and limitations as a secretary. Once I see your face on my house, I will make sure you are going to be in jail for trespassing. You should thank the girl you saw at my house, because if not for her, you're already in jail." Walang emosyong saad ni Calvin.
Napalunok si Kim sa narinig, natatakot siya. Dahil alam niya ang kakahayan ng kaniyang boss.
"Yes boss, I'm really sorry"
"You should be sorry, and you should know your place" lumabas na si Calvin sa room at tsaka napabuga ng hangin si Kim.
Very wrong talaga ang pagiging chismosa ko. Sa isip isip ni Kim.
