In the beginning, there was only a vast void that extended from all over the multiverse.

And then, out of nothing, the Progenitors appeared. Being husband and wife, they created everything using their power of words, and when everything was completed, they started having children, who were eventually dubbed the Primordials.

Being unique personalities, the Primordial children had varying wills of their own. There's no such thing as good or evil since everyone does whatever they want, resulting in everything having the colors that represent them.

To say it, the Progenitors drew the multiverse just for them and they, the Primordials, put their individual colors in it.

Seeing the varying diversities due to the appearance of different colors, the Progenitors planned to restore everything to black and white.

"We must restore everything to black and white and simplify everything. That should be everyone's way of life," they said.

"No, it shouldn't be!" the Primordials replied. "Everyone is entitled to their own will. Let them pursue the colors they want and respect each other as individuals!" they explained.

"Different colors mean different opinions. True peace cannot be achieved if we allow such a thing to happen!" the Primordials explained.

Because of the varying opinions, the Progenitors and the Primordials' beliefs conflicted, resulting in irreconcilable differences.

And so they fought, parents against their children.

The seven children prevailed and sealed their immortal parents for all eternity. However, just like the parents feared, Chaos ensued because of the difference represented by each color.

Six of the seven Primordials proposed enacting the Law to counter Chaos.

"We shouldn't do that! If you put something like that into effect, it's the same as categorizing everything into what our parents actually wanted to do in the first place! It will turn everything into Black and White!" the only Primordial opposed to the creation of the Law appealed, but his words only fell on deaf ears.

Because of the Law's power, Chaos was put under control. However, it also created a rift between the six Primordials who made the Law. Eventually, two of them aspired to become the Chief Deity among the rest, resulting in their fellowship dividing into two factions: the Liberators and the Usurpers.

After seeing their parents' predictions coming to life, the one who refused the Law's enactment was filled with remorse. He alone realized that it was wrong to seal their parents just because they desired freedom in using their color and getting recognition, yet they failed to acknowledge their parents' colors themselves.

I only wanted our parents' approval and yet, I denied their existence myself, he thought amidst his siblings fighting for dominance, just like they all did when they stood as one against their parents.

Wishing that the day would come wherein everyone would be reconciled with each other, siblings and parents alike, he separated himself from the rest, becoming neither a friend nor an enemy of the Law and Chaos. He became the only Primordial to do such a thing since the Law doesn't contain his color, hence deeming it powerless against him.

Only a few knew his name, but those who do call him The Wanderer.

As The Wanderer decided to travel the entire multiverse, both the Liberators and Usurpers used their powers to create their followers and taught them everything that distinguished their own color from the rest.

Since the Law was in effect, even the Ether, the source of power among them, became tainted by their signature colors, which eventually resulted in the existence of Mana and Miasma.

Those on the side of 'Good' and Liberators became Adepts, who utilize Mana. On the other hand, those on the side of 'Evil' and Usurpers became Savants, people who utilize Miasma.

People who follow the two factions exist in most worlds in the multiverse, resulting in some destruction because of endless conflicts. Due to irreconcilable differences, conflicts eventually became all-out wars, intending to annihilate each other through the force of arms.

Despite their sheer power, some worlds either don't know the Law or deny its existence. Those are the very worlds that flourished, having the absolute power to decide for themselves what to do and shouldn't do.

Those are the same worlds that The Wanderer was said to stay, teaching them that, despite their uniqueness as individuals, they should always show respect to one another. He also taught them that, even though there might be mishaps on the way, they should still remember that, despite the differences, they were all created by the Progenitors all the same.

And even though they all differ in colors, there's no such thing as wrong or right colors. After all, having the right to show their color is the very same freedom that the Primordials granted them, who initially believed that painting the entire multiverse with different colors is never a bad thing. Instead, it is something that will make it a better place for everyone to live in.

The Progenitors believed in Order, while the Primordials believed in Freedom. Both are good things and henceforth should be maintained at the same time. That's what The Wanderer himself believes.
