Chapter 18

"Where did you get him? I know that he's not your son or my related bloodlines," asked Chaeryeong. "You did a DNA test?" asked Eunwoo. "Yes, I didn't give it to him yet," she said. "Did you know where's his family?" he asked. "N-No..." she replied.

"I kidnapped him from Choi's family. I blackmailed his family and said that I'll kill him if they tell him that he was not my real son. I also tell them that I'll break the contract with them so they'll bankrupt at that time. He's their last son after their first and second.

Choi Yeonjun and Choi Soobin. Only Choi Lia got to know about this thing but I blackmailed her too at that time. She only has a DNA test of me and Beomgyu. Seem that she already gave you that file.

If you want a DNA test of him and Mr Choi, you'll find it in Beomgyu's office at his company. It's in his secret chest. I'm sure that he didn't open it yet. But I'm sure, his wife will find out about the file soon or sooner.

"Okay," replied Yuna as she get out of the room. She then meets Kai's guards.

"Please take a look at the outside of the room. Don't give any permission to anybody else who wants to enter the room. If anyone from the hospital wants to come in, tell them that Dr Shin is not letting anyone in. Got it?" she said. "Yes, Ms Shin!" they replied.

She then enters the room again. "You did it too fast, aren't you? I'm just done," said Yuna. "This is fun! I don't think I can't stop," said Kai. "Can you please give some time to Eonni? She's waiting..." she said as she hold him. "Okay, Honey," he replied.

"You must be so sick right now. I should kill you now," Chaeryeong said. "B-Before you kill me, let me tell you this. One day, you'll choose between Kang Taehyun and Jaydie Kang. Who would you choose?" Eunwoo said.

"Jaydie Kang..." she whispered slowly at him then stabbed him in his heart.

"Y-You're l-lying..."

"Goodbye, Appa..."

"Can you please clean this mess? I'll clean Chaeryeong. Come on," asked Taehyun. "Of course! I'll call them," said Yuna getting out of the room. "Guys, can you please call your friends to clean up some mess inside? The two of you will still guard the door," she said entering the room.

"Come into Room 527 to clean up some mess," said one of the guards.

The next day

"Eomma!"

"I miss you, Jaydie!"

"Eomma, nothing will happen to us anymore right?"

"Of course, I promise you!"

After 5 years

"BANG!!!"

"Jaydie!!! Taehyun!!!"

"Chaaeryeong, save Jaydie!"

Flashback

"B-Before you kill me, let me tell you this. One day, you'll choose between Kang Taehyun and Jaydie Kang. Who would you choose?" Eunwoo said. "Jaydie Kang..." she whispered slowly at him then stabbed him in his heart.

"Y-You're l-lying..."

End of flashback

"Choose or I'll the two of them!"

"No! P-Please, wait..."

"Chaeryeong, don't think of it too long! Just take Jaydie!"

"I-I can't..." she said while tearing up. "What do you mean!? Just take him! Hey, Kang Chaeryeong! It's impossible to get another son! He's the only heir that we have! Think of it!" he said forcing her.

"Eomma... I'll kill myself if you still don't want to choose---"

"BANG!!!"

"You're talking too much. Just take care of your Eomma and the company for me. H-Huh..." said Taehyun after killing himself while the killer was too stunned.

"Taehyun!!!" "Appa!!!"

"BANG!!!"

"Y-Yeonji... Y-You kill him..." said Jaydie as he was shocked seeing her shoot the killer in the head. "Don't just cry. Call the ambulance. We still have a little chance. He's not fully dying yet," said Yeonji doesn't want to lose any chance. "O-Okay..." he replied as he searched for his phone.

"Y-Your daughter is too brave,"

"Just like her Eomma too. Remember when the first time we met,"

"Yes, it was just like a hell back then," replied Yeji remembering the past. "I almost die if it's not because of you," said Yeonjun. "Yeah..." she replied still speechless by her daughter.

At the hospital

"Yuna, what about his condition?" asked Chaeryeong. "Everything will be okay. He's in a good condition. You can meet him in Room 584," replied Yuna. "Thank you so much, Yuna! I'll treat you to Kai for dinner, soon," she replied.

"Okay! Haih... Their love is too beautiful. Don't you want to see your Appa, Jaydie?" she asked. "Not now," replied Jaydie.

"Is he okay?"

"Yeonji! Thank you for helping us!" he said then hug her. "It's nothing!" she said releasing his hug. "I know that you're the one who helped Appa. I saw it," he stated. "Okay... Uhm... I want to visit Uncle Kang," she said changing their topic. "I'll bring you but... Not now!" he replied.

"Okay!" she said.

"Uhm... Yeonji... Thanks for everything..."
