School had started going by really fast, and I fell into routine. I started learning my way around the school, and what to do in front of which teachers. I learned where I should be in the lunch line, what time I should get to homeroom and have time to finish yesterday's homework. Soon, it had started getting nice out, and we were aloud to have things like free period and lunch outside.
I had gotten really close with my new group, I feel like I've been their friend my whole life. I feel like there has never been an introduction state.
"Will!" Percy yelled as he and Annabeth came running up to me. "What?" I said dryly. "You wanna come over to my house later? We're having the whole gang. Even Jason's sister will be there." Percy said. "Sure. What time?" I asked. "It's only a 15 minute walk, I was thinking right after school." The bell rang. I gave Percy a thumbs up as I left the gym.
"Nico!" I yelled as I slapped my hands on his shoulder and jumped. I did this because it really pissed him off. "Get off me Solace." He mumbled. "Fine." I said jokingly. I did one last time to make sure he was extra annoyed. He reached up and grabbed my arms, pulling them off his shoulders. "Ugh, you're so boring di Angelo." I mocked. He turned around and gave me the famous 'Nico's Night Night Glare'. That's something Leo and Piper told me about, they call it that because he has a death glare that could literally kill. Not figuratively. I mean literally.
"Alright! We're all ready." Percy said as we met up outside the school. We were taking the walk to Percy's house. It wasn't to to long. We were soon at Percy's in just a few minutes.
"Wow, this place is epic." I said as soon as we got to the apartment building. "A building?" Piper asked. "I mean, I've never seen one so tall. Perks of living in the country I guess." I said, embarrassed. "It's fine. Don't feel bad." Percy said.
"Hi, Percy, you know I don't like it when all your friends are over." Percy's mom said. "Please? I thought you were going out anyway." Percy begged. "I am. Just don't destroy the place." By then, Percy's mom walked out and everyone had settled onto the couch or floor.
"Let's play a game." Piper said. Everyone agreed. "Annabeth, truth or dare?" Piper asked. "Truth. I don't trust you." Annabeth responded. "When did you actually start liking Percy?" Annabeth rolled her eyes. "Probably when I was fourteen." Annabeth said. Piper nodded, then Annabeth asked, "Nico, truth or dare?" Nico shook his head, but after some begging, he agreed. "Truth." He mumbled reluctantly. "Do you like anyone?" Annabeth asked. Nico's pale skin instantly turned red. "I'll take that as a yes. Who?" Annabeth asked. "Nuh uh! You get one question." Nico yelled. "Fine."
"Jason, truth or dare?" Nico asked. "I'm not a big weenie like you two," Jason pointed at Annabeth and Nico, "so dare!" Nico raised his hand to his chin as if he were thinking. "I dare you to run around the building in just your underwear. No shoes, no shirt, no nothing." Nico said demonically. "That's gonna get us in trouble. What if he wears pants?" Percy said. "I agree with Percy!" Jason blurted. "Fine." Nico said.
"I'm bored. Let's play a new game." Hazel said. "I know! We'll need a deck of cards. We get a card, and we have to pass it around the circle. Every time it falls, we strip a piece of clothing. The only thing is, it's passed with our mouths." Piper said. "You are drunk." Leo yelled at her. "I had a lot of coke." Piper looked down. "Let's do it!" Leo yelled. Percy grabbed a playing card and put it to his lips. He leaned close to Annabeth and then pulled away, the card now on her mouth. It kept going like that for a few more people. It go to me, and I was sitting next to Leo and Nico. It transferred easily from Leo to me, and I went to pass it to Nico. He held it for about a millisecond, then it fell.
"Ooh's" started filling the room. "Watcha gonna take off?" Leo asked. "Well I already have my socks off, so I don't know." Nico wiggled his toes. Jason whispered in his ears, and Nico started reluctantly taking off his shirt.
As soon as he did, everyone started teasing him for being the first to drop the card. Nico was even paler under his shirt. He had light abs that you could barely see, and very visible ribs. "Stop staring." Leo whispered in my ear. I turned around and whacked him.
