Let me help. (A Siva Kaneswaran story)

Chapter 14

Nyx's pov:

I sat there with Siva in silence. He was so handsome. I wish that my own paranoia didn't stand in the way of us. I got up and went to the bathroom. I shut and locked the door, then I went to the sink and looked at my reflection.

"Why are you so stupid? Why do I have to stand in the way of being together?" I asked my reflection. Then the House Spirit came to me.

"Just trust him, he won't let anything bad happen to you." she said. I sat down on the toilet.

"I know. Everyone keeps telling me that, I just wish that my sub conscious would believe it." I told her. She looked at me with a motherly expression.

"Child, what they are saying is true. All that you need to do is let go of what happened in the past."

"How am I supposed to do that when it is in my skin! There are constant reminders of what I am and what I did! And I know that they are looking for me! I just want to leave, because I don't want anyone here to be harmed!" I knew that Siva heard that. The house spirit just smiled and shook her head.

"You have feelings for him. Just let him in your heart." She then disappeared. I got up and opened the door. Siva was sitting there looking at me.

"Are you okay?" He looked so sweet. I walked over to the bed and I sat back on it.

"Actually, I would like a hug." I told him. He smiled and leaned into me. We hugged. Then I decided that I wanted to see how far he would go with me. I pushed him back on the bed and started to kiss in on the lips. He was a really good kisser. He still didn't lay his hands on me. Then I started to remove his shirt.

"Nyx, I don't think that we should do this. I want you, but I don't want you to feel like you have to." he told me. I almost cried. He actually cared. I kissed him. I had my tongue ask for permission to enter his mouth. He let me have total control of the situation. I then started to tug on his shirt. He placed his hands on my lower back, causing me to be closer to him. With out breaking the kiss, my hand traveled to the top of his pants.He stopped our kissing session, grabbed my face, and looked right in my eyes.

"Nyx, please stop. I don't want you to do something that you will regret." His eyes were so intense. My heart hurt for him. He is willing to not hurt me.

"Siva, do you care for me? Like more than the other boys?" I asked him. He smiles.

"Nyx, I do. I really do. When the boys say that they won't hurt you, they mean physically. I mean it in every way possible. I never want to hurt you. I want you more than anything in the world, but I feel like what we are doing, is not right." He told me. I was so confused by what he meant. He wants me, then he should take me.

"Let's go see what the guys want for dinner." I finally say as I get off of him. I walked to the door and turned around to see Siva following me. We went to the living room to see Jay and Max looking for something on the television.

"What do you boys want to eat for dinner?" I ask them. Siva guided me to the love seat. He sat down and pulled me down to basically sit in his lap.

"I was thinking about ordering pizza. It's easy to clean up." Max said. Jay looked at him and nodded.

"I will go call them." Jay then got up and went to the kitchen to make the order. Max went back to scrolling through the guide. I looked up at Siva and he kissed my cheek. I blushed. I know that he saw because he chuckled. I looked back at where Jay was, but instead I saw the one thing that would screw all of this up for me. The witch was standing right in front of me.

I got up and started to back out of the room. She gave me an evil smile. My heart felt like it was going to explode. Then she made my head feel like it was being crushed. I dropped to my knees and I think that I made a noise, but it wasn't loud enough. I tried to get off of the ground to get out of the room, but I was literally stuck. Siva was at my side immediately.
