We all waited at my house. Mom and Joyce were talking while me and the others filled Murray in on all that had happened. Charley had remained quiet in another room,he didn't speak since we found out he was 003.
I looked at Karen,I was nervous. Hop had been gone for a bit now.
"You think the kids are....okay?" I asked.
"Yeah.. i hope.." she said nervously. Nancy stood up.
"if anyone could survive it's them,and you know it." She looked at all of us "they have El,and not to mention,they have more knowledge of anything we have dealt with over the last 2 years than any of us combined".
"That doesn't really reassure me Nancy... My babies have been in such danger for so long." Karen said to her daughter.
"Oh grow up" Erica said "spare me the water works,if my brother,who's a pussy can survive,I'm sure a toad face nerd can. You're an adult, grow some skin".
"Erica!!" I said
"just the facts!".
Just as Erica said that Hop's car pulled in,we all went outside and saw the kids jump out of the car. I sighed in relief as all the kids got out. Karen ran to Mike,followed closely by Nancy hugging him. Jonathan ran to Will getting to him before me,as Hop reached El picking her up hugging her. I made my way to Will and hugged him "thank god you're ok". I looked at Corey and motioned him over,and I hugged him. After we grouped up inside.
"Let's go kill those motherfuckers" Max said after we pooled all our knowledge. By this point the glass was out of my hand and bandaged up.
"Yeah,I hate to break your morale,but last time we tried that we were almost barbecued" I said, raising my eyebrow.
"We need a plan and try to destroy Doctor Brenner" Jonathan said. "That still leaves one problem though," Kali said standing up.
"Sorry,who are you?" Nancy asked.
"Kali,008. Els sister" She said then looked at all of us "the upside down,how is it open?".
"It must have been that doctor Brenner who opened if I followed correctly?". Karen asked.
"even if that is the case,how the fuck did he manage to do so? And better question,where is the fuckin portal?" Hop asked.
"under the fuckin mall" Robin said.
"Then we storm in,and kill everyone we see,and blow the shit out of the portal till it closes,simple" Murray said .
"Nah you do what this man tells you you're all gonna die!" Erica said, looking back at Murray.
"Sorry, why is the 4 year old talking to me?" Murray asked.
"UM I'M TEN YOU BALD BASTARD '' she snapped back immediately.
"ERICA!" Lucas screamed at her.
"Just the facts"
"erm....were kinda off track-" I cut in before looking at Erica ''mind telling us all you know? Anything that could save our asses?"
"Yeah,uh,there's an elevator that takes us down to the basement,with many doors. But nothing that seemed like it could hold an All powerful portal,Or i would've Shoved these nerds into it" she said with a shrug. Max started laughing.
"So we're at a dead end?" Will asked.
"Not exactly since we know that place had something to do with it since they were trying to torture us and all that bullshit." Steve added. Then charley walked in
"I know where it is...or at least,how to get to it" He said before looking at Kali

"My name is Charley,society rejects lookin ass". Erica burst out laughing.
"Guys...how do we get to the portal?" Karen asked. "We follow the demogorgons... they can lead us right to it,or at least their trail can".
"Explain," Hop asked. Charley yawned
"we're gonna need a demogorgon to lead us there...or one of the flayed"
"Like who?" Karen asked. Charley looked at one of us and We all turned to look at Max.
"What? No way,no way in Hell are we baiting Billy. He would kill us ''
''Who said we needed to bait him,we just needed to follow him" Charley said with a smirk.
"How?" Erica asked.
"Because I already did,I know the exact location,and How to get there. And it's extremely close to starcourt.".
"You mean it's not in the mall?" Lucas asked. "No. well...technically there is an entrance through the Mall, but it leads out of the mall,Further,deeper and only able to be accessed with a special code," Charley explained. "And the code?" Hop asked.
"Will be handled by me,El and Kali,using our powers we can overwrite it and close the portal,then I'm going back to never using these cursed things ever again".
"Then that's it...this is done for good?" Joyce asked.
"No," I said standing up.
"What?"
"As long as that mall is still standing we are at risk of that portal reopening. We need Brenner,that mall,and that portal,destroyed."
"Corey's right" Max added "it's too much of a risk,knowing the lab is under starcourt,it needs to be destroyed to insure this ends,once and for all.". Nancy went quiet for a minute before an idea hit her
"I agree as well,but I think there's one other thing that needs to be taken down,the old Hawkins lab,so they have nowhere to retreat to,any files,anything will be completely destroyed,they will have no way to restart ''.
"Then how do we do that?" Chrissy asked.
"Take out the old lab first" Eddie said "then take out Brenner,the portal and finish with the mall".
"Why are we doing the mall last?" Steve asked
"So we dont die,dingus," Robin said, smacking the back of Steve's head.
